Monroe County Fair's Intergalactic Reception - Sat July 14th
|
We are once again invited to partake in the Monroe County Fair's Intergalactic Reception. We'll be there Saturday, July 14th from 2pm-6pm.
Like last year, all the area sci-fi clubs will be sharing the table/booth. Us, Excelsior, Echo Base and USS Tranquility.
Will post more details as I get them...

UPDATE: May not have Saturdays off after all. Getting yanked around at the Store. Besides, Corn Hill Arts Festival begins that Saturday, and I think even if I'm not at the store, I may be doing the day-long deejaying thing on the deck at Nate's...
No matter. I'll do the usual juggling to try to avail myself. Will keep you all posted.

Do you know yet if you'll be able to volunteer at this one?
The event will probably be cut short to 2pm-4pm instead of 6pm as we have so few volunteers.

Let's meet at 1pm in the Wegmans parking lot so that I can hand out the passes.
It looks like I'll have plenty of passes left over, so last minute additions are welcome, but should post or call me first by Sat morning.

To many things going on I guess this year. I was hoping for a better turn out, like last year. Oh well. Wish I could make it to the Albany thing but long Day trips on Sunday are bad for me.

We're getting a late start this morning, but I hope we can still get to Wegmans by 1pm.
I haven't gotten the passes in the mail yet... 
I have to find out if she ever mailed them or not. If they're coming in today's mail - we don't usually get our mail until after 1pm.
