RE: The Galaxy at War Part III: Schism of the Sith
OOC: So I'll start it off!
Dexter Jettster, Jocasta Nu and Marina
Melinda's Glory
It had been a different kind of year. The tiny group onboard the Melinda had fallen into a routine of sorts. Dexter took Marina as his own and trained her in “seamanship”. She could now stand any watch with complete confidence. And the Melinda, with Dex’s tweaking, acknowledged her orders. Now getting her to learn cooking tricks was harder. She just didn’t like the idea of making things up. Dex worried that one day she might be in a tight spot and without troubleshooting techniques she wouldn’t be able to find a way out, so he continued with cooking classes – amidst great protest. Dex let Jocasta do the academics and according to Jo, Marina had a good mind, always ready to learn something new. He watched Marina at the helm, feet up against the console and wondered how he could get Jo and Marina to be friends. Turning his head to the left, he could see Jo reading her pads and fussing with the artifacts. He didn’t know what is was with them two, but he needed to get them to talk to each other. Not just conditions and morning, yes and no’s, but to talk. Kneading his bread, he got a bit rough and pounded it too hard making a loud “fwap”! Jo looked up and Marina came into the galley. He smiled and shrugged his shoulders. Jo smiled and went back to her reading, Marina returned to the bridge. He cared about them as much as he knew they cared about him. So how was he going to do this? Beating his bread, his thoughts moved on to the Rebellion. It was more of a headache for the Empire then a revolution, but at least there were those out there who fought – most died. Any ship not identified by Imperial records, was immediately tractored, searched and sometime confiscated – crews were usually killed…uh, executed. The Melinda had been lucky. When Vader left he’d put her under his protection. It did mean a fast trip to re-register her under Dexter’s name and Franz Alucard sort of died out. To bad, Dex was getting fond of that hat. He’d become a go-between of sorts. He would transfer things from one location to another. They picked up short run passengers and delivered packages and…things. Nothing conspicuous. Nothing that he thought would cause “the kid” to pull his protection. The kid. Dex felt guilty that he hadn’t asked about Obi-wan when Vader was here. The time was wrong, but it was what he had to do. Find Obi-wan. Jo had given him her boxes and he’d put them in his safe. Sometimes, when he opened the safe, he’d look in them and see her special things. He was going to ask her about them…one day.
Jocasta stood her turns at the helm and studied her treasures. It became a point of honor with her, that she know exactly what was contained in the Holocrons, Holobook and the other artifacts she had smuggled out of the Jedi Library. She had Dex put locks on the Dathka box and she kept them in there. She no longer spoke about Anakin, but he was always there. A shadow. A shadow that also cast its darkness over Marina. Jocasta and Marina had never become friends. Jo thought that it had to do with Dathka. It had always been her plan to free Anakin – thinking about it now; she often wondered “free him from what?” Her brothers had been right. It was Jocasta, not Anakin that she worked for and against. And now Marina had some of that conflict. The heart had eventually been destroyed, but because Marina had no defense, she didn’t loose all of the spirit. And Jo also held a piece of Dathka, “a splinter in the minds eye” because she had given up. Jo thought because of those splinters, Marina and she would never be anything other than shipmates. She was sorry for that. She was a bright girl and getting quiet beautiful. She would one day be a knock out! Watching Dex try to teach her cooking was a comedy. But when she laughed, Marina threw her angry looks, so Jo didn’t laugh anymore. Occasionally, Dex would talk to her about Marina. Jo didn’t block him out, but told him that she didn’t think it would ever happen. Twice she offered to leave. She assured him that they would be fine on their own and she had places she could go. If he ever felt it was necessary all he had to do was tell her. He never did. Meanwhile she studied and taught Marina. She seldom left the Melinda, except once. She’d gone to see Celeste. She’d stayed outside as Celeste played. Jocasta carefully looked her over. Pregnancy suited her. She looked radiant and tired at the same time. Jocasta knew that Revan was training her and keeping an eye on her. She wished she could call him and ask about her, but no. They needed to live their lives. Jocasta had left and never gone back. Qui-gon had visited only once. He’d asked her to see Anakin. He wanted to know about Obi-wan. She told him no. It hurt more than she could say. She knew how Obi-wan had changed his life. She knew how much he loved him. She did too. But they both knew that Anakin had done something to Obi-wan – and they were both afraid to know. Qui-gon had left. She hadn’t called to him since. She’d become more adept at her abilities. More so then Dex or Marina knew and she decided to keep it that way. Soon she would voluntarily leave, but there were something’s she wanted to do, now, rather than had to do.
Marina watched the stars. They were the only things you could depend on. Except Dex. Marina thought he was the most wonderful being in the universe. The Melinda had first captured her heart, then Dex. Looking back at Jocasta, she thought, and then there was the witch. She wasn’t sure where she had heard her called that, but it was there in her head. Sometimes, when Jocasta was droning on about quotients and algorithms, Marina would chant inside, “Witch, witch, witch.” And then she would pause and wonder why she had thought that? Jocasta was not cruel to her. Didn’t ignore her or cause her pain. Why was it that she just didn’t like her. The man when he left looked at her – in a special way. Because she knew that man was a friend of Jocasta’s she wanted to ask her about him, but she just couldn’t. His look was for her, not Jocasta. Sometimes when she wanted to remember him, she would almost ask Jocasta, but then she would stop because she would be letting her know a secret. Dex hated the man. Turning to watch him as he beat the bread up, she saw only wonderful things in him and about him. Why did he hate the man? Turning back forward, she knew they thought she was a baby, a little girl, but she wasn’t. She had been on her own for almost 3 years. And she survived. Yes, she was hungry most of the time. And cold and even hurt. But she survived. She was told to survive. Her face got a questioning look, now where did that come from? Who had told her that? She couldn’t remember. Many times she would remember things but not who said them or when. If she thought about it for to long, she would get a headache. The pain would push anymore of those thoughts away. The pain. Sometimes she thought someone was talking to her. There was a far away whispering but she could never really hear what was being said. When it happened, she would think of the man and then look for Jocasta. But never talked to her.

OCC: MEMO FROM THE GM
Nefertiti, you are to be congratulated! A very substantial post to get things going! Thanks!
If you have already posted a character sheet for your character in a previous section of GAW III, you are not required to repost it here.
Please excuse the roughness of this synopsis. I hope I have done justice to you all, and if I have omitted anything or anyone, shame on me! Send your corrections to the GM via PM. Thank you all for aiding me in this compilation and I hope this proves a helpful resource.
Date: It is now 1 year and 23 days since the inception of the Galactic Empire.
THE SUMMARY
ALLIANCE FOR THE RESTORATION OF THE REPUBLIC
In fear for the lives of her children, Chancellor-Elect Padme Amidala fled Coruscant. Concealed in cargo trunks the children and Padme are smuggled off Coruscant by Padme’s childhood friend Captain Hannes Vanepp aboard the redoubtable 'Millinnium Falcon,” Vanepp’s favorite ship. A concurrent flight of the C-E’s Naboo cruiser was made and set with charges, it exploded leaving nothing but debris and the assumption of Amidala and her children’s death. A handful of trusted friends accompany Amidala and Vanepp into hiding; Dorme, Dr. Giles Senob, and Captain Typo.
On Alderaan, where Senator Bail Organa gives Amidala brief shelter, the saddened Padme decides to fight for the restoration of the Republic. She also comes to the painful decision that for her children's well being and safety they must be separated. Prince Organa takes Tanis into his home, renaming the baby, Leia. Luke is taken to distant Tatooine, where he is given to the care of Anakin Skywalker's step brother, Owen Lars and his wife, Beru. Young Luke will be known as Luke Lars.
Padme vows to keep in touch with her children, and when the time comes, to tell them the truth about their father, Anakin Skywalker.
In the following days with the aid of her friends and others loyal to the Republic, CE Amidala organizes the fledging resistance to the Empire.
While the Empire is busy combatting the Separatists lead by Count Dooku and General Grievous in the Ursa System, the Alliance for the Restoration of the Republic strike their first blows ,in the long struggle to win back the galaxy's freedom from the tyranny of the Sith.
The Alliance knows once the Separatists are defeated that the attention of the Empire will be directed to this yet unknown group who dares attack the Grand Empire lead by Emperor Palpatine.
Amidala’s first coup is to obtain the help of Gavin Fidelis of Naboo, a member of Naboo military and intensely loyal to the erstwhile queen, he was handpicked by Amidala in the early days of the formation of the ARR to be Commander of the Alliance Forces. Besides leading attacks against the enemies of the Republic, Fidelis duties also include recruitment and maintenance of the fleets. A 'hands on' leader, Fidelis many times will lead an assault in his own personal fighter.
Also recruited in those first crucial days of the ARR, were Torian Darkeyes and his comrade in arms, Titus. During the Clone Wars, Torian Darkeyes was a SpecOps soldier working for the Jedi. He kept watch over the Republican clones from a distance, when battling the Separatists. When Order 66 was released, he watched as the Clones killed his family. Now, after a couple of years, he has joined the Rebellion against the Empire.
Since then, he and Titus, a Master Chief under Torian in the Clone Wars, have ambushed Imperial manufacturing plants, raided shipyards, and pirated Imperial supplies for the Rebel Alliance. Their biggest success came when they completely destroyed a shipyard for the Separatist forces. Between raids and ambushes, Torian and Titus have put together elite battalions of rebels. Hard living and free spirited, yet intensely loyal and honor bound, these men enjoy humor, drinking, and unleashing havoc on the New Order.
The ARR also gains the loyalty of some unlikely friends. ARC Alpha, along with his team of specialists were unaffected by Order 66, fierce and independent, they sought Jedi to aid and eventually found the fledgling resistance to the hated Empire. Alpha, having notified the Jedi of his existence and having traveled to the Jedi “cloaked” retreat on Kamino, he bid a fond farewell to Jedi Padawan Denni Sunwalker and found a home in the ARR where he will have to prove his loyalty.
Lan Revus, the hired gun, has also joined the Rebellion, with his considerable abilities and secreted wealth. Sent by the Black Sun organization as contracted by Palpatine, Revus was to find Padme Amidala and assassinate her. Yet struck by her beauty, his heart was made forever loyal and after a harrowing escape from “the Dump,” where Padme and her friends had set up a temporary home, they repaired to Korriban, where the ever resourceful and Sith
Te knowledgeable Dr. Senob “grew” a “shell” of Padme, which they destroyed. Lan and the Doctor took this back to Coruscant where upon receipt, the Emperor believed this one last impediment to ensuring the Empire and his apprentice’s loyalty was finally dead. He of course is wrong and for some reason the Force is blocking his perception of this.
While on Coruscant, Lan and Giles encounter two slaves, a Zabrak and a Twi’lek, whom they rescue. The Zabrak, Feona is the enslaved sister of Darth Maul. She has formed a bond with Lan for rescuing her. In addition, an old associate of Lan’s, the smuggler, Gene Starwind also joins the unlikely team on their return to the Alliance.
While on Coruscant, Dr. Senob finds himself the unknowing owner of new fighter technology. Lan Revus offers to buy out Incom Technologies and secretly produce the new fighter, to be know as ‘X-wings.’
Meanwhile, the baby Luke, delivered to the Lars homestead by one of Amidala’s handmaidens, is welcomed to the childless Beru and Owen Lars. It is with difficulty that Owen deals with his resentment of the bond between his stepmother Schmi and her natural son, Anakin Skywalker. Luke’s present bring this to the surface for the moisture farmer He must overlook the competition he felt for the affection of Schmi to accept Skywalker’s son.
Padme visits the Lars homestead and is pleased how the Lars have welcomed Luke and grown to love him. Owen however, hates and despises Anakin, whom he blames for the death of his father, Cliegg Lars. The Tusken Raiders attacked the homestead and murdered Lars in revenge for Anakin's massacre of their people. Owen has never told Beru what Anakin has become - a Dark Lord of the Sith. Padme, advises Owen to keep his wife informed, to disclose to her the full-truth of what Anakin has become. Owen, however, is adamant in his position and the two must agree to disagree.
It becomes clear to Beru that Luke has great force potential. Beru witnesses herself how Luke unknowingly used the force to try and pull his feeder from her grasp.
Beru informs Owen of Luke’s obvious Force sensitivity, but Owen will have none of it and refuses to listen. Owen detests anything having to do with the mystic life of Anakin Skywalker. However, it is clear that Luke’s development is accelerated and the winning child soon wins Owen’s heart.
CONFEDERACY FOR INDEPENDENT SYSTEMS
Determined to capture the resources and industrial world of Malove in the Ursa System the CIS returned and mounted the Second Battle of Malove. Dooku desiring to enlist and then to take the Reina for himself, landed on Gripsholm, but failed in his objective. Granted another opportunity the Count sent Anzati assassins to take her ship, the Mavras Maelstrom but was defeated and killed by his apprentice, Quinlan Vos. The CIS were able to hold off three combined fleets of the Empire but ultimately had to retreat.
Meanwhile on Kalee, the Capital world of the CIS, Project Death Star moved ahead and Grievous waited as his monstrosity moved further towards completion. Also near completed, was the rebuilt Eredenn Base and its foundry.
During the Second Battle of Ursa, the resourceful Lunarian Kessa, flew down to Malove in her fighter, Lunar Blade, and disrupts the functioning of the PDS cannons with a virus. Unfortunately, the Urseans, equally resourceful, return the virus reprogrammed Vulture droids fallen in the first moment of the Battle by the loss of the Droid control ship from which they received their signals. against the CIS ships, causing lots of bad things to happen and Kessa. Grievous was beset by irritability.
Grievous' ex-Jedi in his employ learned of a chip implanted in the general's brain. Having suffered one too many arguments with him, she searched for the cause of Grievous' constant rage. After the Second Battle of Malove, she was successful in deactivating Grievous' emotion control chip. Grievous was slightly unnerved by what Kessa had to tell him and didn't want to know if there was anything more. Unable to find more, Kessa honored his wishes.
An old acquaintance of Kessa's, Lyloo Felvis, who had been searching for surviving Jedi, has commed her friend in the height of the Second Battle of Malove, and was on approach to Grievous' flagship, The Ravager. She was badly injured and had to make a crash landing in the hangar of Vader's ship instead.
Lyloo was restored to health on Ursa as a non-combatant where she found a ship. She is now in pursuit of her friend Kessa on Kalee.
Eme-ma escaped Order 66, whilst on Cartao. At this point, Eme-ma meets up with King Charles Zamet and the two talk about what has happened thus far. The King suggests a small tribal group that could teach Eme-ma ways of physical combat that the Cartaoan royal family knew. At this time, Eme-ma contacted Count Dooku as The Shadowy Deragon, wishing to be made an apprentice. Dooku trained him as a Sith and gave him the name Darth Corvexa. While the two were making their way to the Ursan System, Dooku reveals that he DID know Deragon's true identity, and felt that Himou had much Sith power to him.
On Gripsholme, Himou fell victim to Tarkin's Orbital Strikes. Though the blast killed the Jedi Master, Eme-ma was saved by Qui-gon, who guided Eme's spirit. The late-Jedi Master taught Himou how to become a spectral form and Eme returned to the realm of the living, though only a spirit. This is where Grievous's last tribute to Eme paid off: Himou returned to Eredenn and picked up his frozen hand and brought it to the Cloners of Kamino, who then cloned him. Now, the Spirit and the Clone are mixed: the Clone retains all of Eme's memories and feelings, but the Spirit stays with the Clone at all times (a messenger at times).
Now, Eme-ma is stationed in Cartao, being tutelaged by the elderly King Zamet in the ways of Politics. Eme continued to be tutored by the King but the King fell ill and died, leaving Eme in possession of the throne. During the year, Eme searched for the Rebels.
GALACTIC EMPIRE
Sidious's dark plots continue on may fronts.
He desires control of the Force and wishes to do so through two unusually powerful vergences in the Force, Anakin Skywalker and the Ursean Reina, Celeste.
His grip on them tightens as he has the two marry. Unbeknownst to Sidious, this would awaken a flame of indepencance in both that would challenge Sidious's very powerbase in the Force as he is challenged by Three Force Ghosts, the newly deceased Jocosta Nu, Qui-Gon Gin, and the mysterious and powerful Revan.
On another front, Sidious must continue his slaughter of the Jedi. To further eclipse the Jedi and their defunct order, Sidious has a huge Palace erected right next to the Jedi Temple. In this way the temple can be watched closely and guarded, as wayward Jedi Survivors find their way back to their ruined home. In this new palace Vader and Celeste celebrate their wedding.
On still another front, Sidious and the Empire must contend with the threat of Count Dooku's CIS. After surviving his encounter with Anakin during the Battle of Coruscant Dooku has continued to plaugue Sidious's reign with sneak attacks, especially those aimed at the wealthy Ursa system. In the latest confrontation, Sidious dispatches Vader and a sizable part of the Imperial Fleet to once again guard Ursa from an impending attack. Once the assault begins, an all out mini-war insues around the multi-planet system.
Many brave Urseans and Imperials die in the terrible battle, but in the end, the battle decides the Schism of the Sith between Sidious and Count Dooku as Dooku falls to the blade of Quinlan Vos. Through Vos, Sidious has victory over his one time apprentice.
At last, with the Empire barely managing a Pyrrhic Victory over CIS forces, Grievous escapes back to Kalee followed by Sidious's sinister agent, Malien Encantor. Through Encantor Sidious discovers that Grievous has been building a Death Star.
Now Sidious plans to regain the Death Star the he helped design. With the Death Star no system in the Galaxy would dare oppose his rule and Sidious would at last become ruler over ALL the galaxy through death and fear.
After allowing The Ravager to escape, Emperor Palpatine dispatches his 'Eyes', General Malien Encantor, an Imperial Super agent under the command of the Emperor alone. His mission is to follow the gargantuan starship to its source.
Upon arriving in the Kalee system, Encantor discovers a terrible secret the CIS have been harboring: Grievous has been secretly constructing the Death Star in the orbit of his very homeworld. After a brief skirmish, Encantor manages to escape Kalee space and return to Imperial Space to report his findings.
In the process of making his transmission, Malien Encantor is revealed to be a Sith of undetermined nature who has been in Sidious' secret service for many years.
Boba Fett had participated in the Temple massacre, having never forgiven the Jedi for the slaying of his father in the Geonosan arena, and it was with exuberant abandon that he went about his work. An agent of the Emperor, contracted to assist in “inside” work, Fett executed his business as directed and with professionalism. His missions usually had an end product, but often it involved more than gathering bodies. Though perturbed at Vader’s obvious coup in catching up with and vanquishing Dooku before him, at least Fett could appreciate Vader’s beating him to the punch.
A guest at the wedding, Fett is intrigued with the young Reina. He explains to her the life he has chosen and the honor with which he lives the legacy of the Mandalorians. Something inspired him in this strange and soft spoken woman and he
Empire Rising
As for the story of Grand Moff Tarkin and the rest of the brave men and women serving in the Empire, their tale so far is as follows.
Grand Moff Tarkin was introduced onboard his Venator Star Destroyer, the Hammer Stroke. He and his protégé Captain Piett were stationed above Coruscant, the Capital Planet of the Galactic Empire, after the climactic battle above its hallowed skies. After a small incident with a rouge Confederate Bounty Hunter, Tarkin was reassigned to the Ursa System; a system of ancient prestige and old-world charm. These aforementioned traits did not sit well with the Grand Moff, an extremely modern man with a great deal of practicality. At first assigned to protect the Matriarch, Reina Celeste; the two did not get along well at all. There was another assassination attempt, this time on the Matriarch. This event lead to the beginning of an increased tension between Anakin Skywalker, now Darth Vader, and the Grand Moff.
The situation, of course, did not get much better. Ursa was slated to be invaded by a CIS Attack force. The Moff, not having much faith in the leadership abilities of Skywalker, called on two of his old friends, General Cassio Tagge and Admiral Trist Motti to aid him in the upcoming battle. While Anakin was busy with the Matriarch, the trio mobilized to meet the Confederate Forces.
When the CIS came, they came with an iron fury. General Grievous at the head of his new flagship, The Ravager. Unlike any ship the Imperials had encountered before, the Ravager held off the majority of the Imperial fleet with a great ease. The battle was a furious one, even though the Confederacy was outnumbered a good two-to-one. It was the quality of their ships that gave them the advantage.
However, it was the quality tactics of the Imperial Command that gave Tarkin's forces the winning advantage. Despite a treacherous Admiral and the sly tactics of Dooku, Tarkin's advantage was superior. He even managed to murder an infiltrating Jedi and drive off General Grievous.
After the Battle of Malove, which was the theater that Tarkin and his forces were most active in, the Grand Moff was called to Coruscant for a diplomatic gala and the like. The dedication of Imperial Palace and the marriage of Anakin Skywalker required that he be there. He had a liaison with his lover, the competent Daala as well as reunited with Firmus Piett. At a celebratory dance after the wedding ceremony, he enjoyed the company of his female friend once more. They noticed the peculiar actions of the Emperor there, of which Tarkin was not well appreciative.
Afterwards, after the location of the Confederate Super weapon, The Death Star, was found, he was called to attend a meeting of the Joint Chiefs of Staff where he received orders, along with the rest of the Imperial High Command. Soon after the meeting, Tarkin held his own get-together, with a variety of Imperial Commanders. There they privately discussed their own actions, and readied themselves for the challenges that lay ahead.
Lord Darth Vader had watched him fall away, blood blurring his sight. He had no memory as to whether he’d let him go or Obi wan had simply let go. Haunted by the deaths of the younglings and mortally injured, he had returned to find Padme and the children fled and dead, she had betrayed his love! Distraught and drained, he fell in a pool of his own blood and lay dieing in the Embassy of the Naboo.
Sidious cared for him, relieved the ailing mind of some of these memories, but the “ghosts” were with Anakin. After a failed assassination attempt by Eme ma Himou as Deragon, Anakin visited the Temple and spoke with Jocasta, a mother figure for him, and woman whose friendship he had sought as a Jedi. His difficulty in controlling the rage, and despair, the power, left him confused and ill prepared to deal with the part of him that could not die.
Confirmed as a Sith, a strange bond took place between the young man and the Black Heart crystal mysteriously gifted him by Jocasta Nu. Anakin, Lord Darth Vader sensed a massing of forces and had a vision linking him with his friend, the Reina of Ursa, Marie-Celeste. They had developed an affection for each other, due in part to their similarly isolated and significant lives, and also to Sidious brilliant machinations.
Soon they were married, but scarce had they wed when another assassination attempt was made on Celeste’s life. It was then that the Reina, her residence guarded by the forces under Grand Moff Tarkin’s command, met Quinlan Vos. Betrayed by and searching for Dooku, Vos was deputized by Vader to protect her while he fought in the Battle about to insue.
Robbed of the chance to defeat the Count of Serrano, Anakin pursued but was called away to Malove. The difficulty of meeting the demands of Sidious to protect Celeste and defeat the CIS while commanding the respect of the Naval brass proved very diffucult and Anakin began to see he needed to inspire loyalty.
On Gripsholme, Celeste was visited twice by Jocasta. The first time, frightening Celeste and for whose meddling Sidious was angry. The second time, before a series of explosions designed to kill Celeste, Jo came to listen and make peace with the demur young woman.
Anakin, too, is visited by Jo, and relates his delimma; his loss and desire to rise from the ashes. Meditating, he becomes aware of Sev’rance’s attempt to turn the tide in the battle in favor of the CIS by mounting Battle Meditation. The Sith finally found her so tenascious that he imploded Tann’s heart, ending the onset of the effects of her meditation. Had she succeeded, the Empire and Ursa would have fallen on that day.
Meanwhile, Celeste was removed from Gripsholme. Feeling the draw in the Force, Celeste opened to this call and and coupled with Sidious anger in the Force, she lay susceptible and ill. It was then that Revan appeared to her and taught her how to remain closed to that call until the “time” had come for the “Chosen One.”
The Mavras Maelstrom was waylayed and all but Celeste and Quinlan Vos were murdered by Anzati assassins. Dooku intended to take Celeste for himself having discovered her significance. Revan appeared again and helped his padawan defeat them through difficult and unorthodox means. The Force flowed from Celeste to the degree that the Anzati were overtaken and destroyed as she allowed the vampires to feed.
Anakin finding the Mavras, together with Vos engages in a quick deception that ends with Dooku dead at the hands of Vos, a “kill” Vader allowed the Kiffu. The CIS were defeated and fled.
Vos gifted a special crystal saber to Celeste. It is focused through a crystal a fallen love by the name of Khaleen, had worn. Vos taught Celeste quickly, and put her through many forms of lightsaber combat before he leaves and returns to Kiffu.
Anakin and Celeste traveled to Coruscant where a great celebration was given for the end of the Wars and in honor of the Coronation and wedding of the now Re and Reina of Ursa, Anakin Skywalker, Lord Darth Vader, Re Mavrat Ursa and Marie-Celeste Eugenie Isabeau, Lady Vader, Reina Mavras Ursa.
The year that followed brought a child of their union, Sophia Anastasia Eugenie Skywalker. Yet, soon Lord Vader had much to concern himself with, and the Emperor, his Master was determined that all the Jedi be destroyed after being visited by a mysterious lady, who passed through the wedding reception, a harbinger of the trials to come.
The former double agent of the Jedi Council, Jedi Master Quinlan Vos survived Order 66. After being buried alive for three days and suffering from severe head trauma he managed to free himself and returned to Coruscant, all while suffering from slight amnesia. Using his network of spy contacts within the CIS Vos learned that Darth Tyrranus, the former Count Dooku was secretly hiring Kavalaad Extremists to execute key political figures throughout the Galaxy.
With due diligence he tracked the Assassin's to Gripsholme, where Vos came across another Jedi survivor, The newly anointed Darth Vader, Lord of the Sith, who confronted the Fallen Master when Quinlan mistook the Lady Celeste's act of kindness for betrayal. The former Jedi Knights came to a mutual agreement and Vos was assigned as Guardian to the young Reina, whom he would later befriend. So enamored was he by Celeste, that he gifted the Force sensitive woman with her first lightsaber. The Dark side continued to corrupt his mind and played upon his anger at his inability to clearly recall the truth. Ultimately he believed what he wanted to and continued down that path. Later, Lord Darth Vader and the Rogue Dark Jedi teamed up to foil the CIS assassination attempts and their attack on the Ursean System. Near the end, they eliminated The Count of Serreno once and for all, with the Kiffar Sheyf dealing the killing blow.
Vos felt a great need to return to his home world of Kiffu next to Kiffex located the Outer Rim not far from Korriban and Tattoine. Before departing he offered a crash crash-course in lightsaber combat, forms, and technique to the recently married Reina Celeste Skywalker. She impressed the former master with her prowess with the Elegant and Civilized Weapon. Confident she had the foundation she needed; he departed without much fanfare and made his way home.
He reclaimed his rightful place as protector of his people, bringing much needed order and stability to the two planets of the Kiffu System. Obsessively, he worked towards finding and recruiting 8 stealth adepts, as the Dark side had instructed him to do. Over the next year, he brutally and tirelessly trained them to be his eyes and ears throughout the Galaxy. His elite squad were known only to him, thus he named them in his native tongue "Shuh-To'Munh-Raah," or shadow hunters in galactic basic.
In his blackened heart the only loyalty he felt was to his own people and to those who had shown him the same honor, the Regent and Reina of the Ursa System...
JEDI ORDER
Anaron Nexon is a witness to the destruction of the Jedi Temple, who searches through Coruscant for any surviving Jedi. He is met by the helpful ARC, Alpha, who gives him aid and a warning to stay low. He meets up with Denni, Aalya and they leave Coruscant, in packing crates, for Kashyyk. On Kashyyk, they encounter Jedi knight Lohr Thal and Master Ki Adi Mundi. Ultimately they depart for Kamino and are reunited with Yoda.
Alorian has also been a witness to the destruction of the Jedi Temple. He also knows that Anakin Skywalker is responsible for that destruction. Hiding and searching through the city for surviving Jedi, he meets Lt Supiro, of the Imperial Police. Lt Supiro is a rising star on the police force. Her decision to help Alorian is against policy, but she has second thoughts about the new changes to the Republic. After resting in her apartment and meeting her father, they go to the Jedi Temple With little success, Alorian leaves and Lt Supiro takes up her “Hearts Case”.
Yoda escaped Coruscant and left for Kamino, after realizing there was no victory to be had on Coruscant, Master Yoda escaped with as many remaining younglings as he could find at the Temple, 12, of varying degrees of technical abilities as well as levels of Force use. They flew directly to Kamino where Yoda had secretly arranged for the cloning of Jedi some eight months before Order 66. Lama Su greeted the exiled Jedi and apprised Yoda of the status of his “plan”; the Cloning of the Jedi Padawans..
He was pleased that the clones were making progress but wondered if what he was doing was right. These were troubled times and he justified his decision as one to befit the aura of the galaxy.
He and the younglings remained on Kamino but he had sent out a coded transmission to any remaining Jedi to meet him there. Soon the Jedi numbers grew and those that were not aware of Yoda's plan were made privy to it. Among the Jedi were, Anaron, Aalya, Denni, Lohr and Mundi, whom the Master warmly asks about others. They are unable to answer him. Aalya and Denni have emotional issues and he counsels them and Jedi Master Mundi and Yoda discuss the failings of the Jedi.
Now, Yoda waits.
Jocasta Nu Sealed the library off during the civil unrest to protect the artifacts, history and heritage of the Jedi. She begins smuggling out bits and pieces to the gardener, until Anakin visits her. With his visit she realizes that he is the instrument of destruction. She leaves the library; blowing it up to prevent anything she couldn’t take being used by the Sith Lord. She takes refuge in Dex’s Diner, but to soon are they found out. Jocasta is killed. Dexter is imprisoned, but walks away the same day (go figure?). Qui-gon appears to and trains Jocasta in the ways of the Living Force - that Force, which makes her able to return. She joins up with Dexter on his ship the Melinda’s Glory. Before her death, Jocasta had sent a destructive crystal to Anakin - intending to destroy him, she changes her mind and calls on Revan, Qui-gon, Anakin and Sidious to destroy the Hearth of Dathka. They succeed and Jocasta leaves with Dexter.
Eme-ma Himou left Coruscant for Kashyyk to find Yoda after the civil unrest. Unable to find him, he leaves for Mustafar and finds R2. Eme sees Anakin duel with Obi-wan and believes that Obi-wan is dead. He takes Anakin’s Interceptor and R2 and leaves for Ursa. Eme is also a minion of Count Dooku‘s and after reacquainting himself with his Lordship; he assists in the attack on Ursa. When Dooku and Eme are overpowered by Quinlan Vos, Eme saves Dooku‘s life and they retreat. During the battle over Ursa, Eme leaves the battle group and returns to Ursa where he is chased and eventually killed. Before he dies he sends word out to any Jedi to return his ship. Eme is then trained by Qui-gon in the Living Force. He learns quickly and decides to retrieve his severed hand, return to Kamino and asks for two Clones of himself. - one accelerated and one normal growth. He relinquished the baby, Kit Himou to Master Mundi. Eme trains his fully-grown Clone in Jedi ways.
Deragon, a fallen Jedi, working with Dooku, attempted to assassinate Anakin on Coruscant. But he failed and is taken prisoner. Lt Supiro re-meets Anakin as it is she who foils the assassin’s attempt and she succeeded in subduing Deragon, but Dooku helps Deragan escape from his cell.
Lohr Thal, blinded and almost helpless on Kashyyk, he is met by Aalya, Denni, Aloran, who are searching for Master Yoda. When Master Mundi finds them they decided to leave for Kamino where they are reunited with the small Master. Although blinded, Thal’s other senses have strengthened and he has learned a new way to “see.”
Ki Adi Mundi, badly wounded on Mygeeto returns to Cerea to find his family all murdered. He used the Force to survive his injuries on Mygeeto. After several days he revives enough to go to Kashyyk to find Yoda. On Kashyyk, he finds Aalya, Denni, Aloran and Thal and fights a mechanical “spider”. They eventually leave for Kamino and are met by Yoda. Here he confesses his guilt about Anakin and the information he held back concerning Celeste and Anakin. Master Mundi volunteers to be the caretaker of Eme’s cloned baby.
Qui-Gon Jinn is a Force Ghost. He is so because he has complete faith in the Living Force. When Jocasta dies, he teaches her the “way“. He knows that she is not all believing, but feels that with time, she will be well. When Jocasta rethinks her revenge, she asks Qui-gon and Revan to help her to reverse and destroy the heart of Dathka. Qui-gon also teaches the fallen Eme. As he leaves the Melinda, he looks at Anakin and wonders.
Revan, an all-powerful Force Master, the once Jedi Master turned Sith Lord, works for the Force. He ensures that both the Dark and the Light maintain equal power, until such time as the will of the Force makes itself known. Revan protected Jocasta and Dex when the Emperor attacked Jocasta through the Force and he counseled the Emperor when he tried to manipulate the Heart.
When Jocasta visited Celeste, Revan directed her attention to the jewelry which the Reina wore. His attention to Celeste continues and becomes more personal when he takes on the Mastership of Celeste and begins training her in the “ways” of the Force. During the Heart of Dathka, Revan became the foundation for the destruction of the Black Heart, when he realizes that each of them has a vision of what the Force is, that Jocasta’s is not wrong, just different, he accepts and is given unlimited power of the Force.
Revan waits in the Force observing. He will come to Celeste as she calls so as to preserve her free will.
His plan all along has to help set the stage for the Chosen One's balancing of the Force.
Through Jocosta and Qui-Gon, he has put pressure on Sidious to defeat his plundering of the Force to add to his power.
It is a crime Sidious has committed by seducing the Chosen One and using him for petty gain.
It is up to Revan, Qui-Gon and Jocosta to get Anakin back on the path away from Sidious clutches.
Anakin's destiny is not to live the selfish life of a Sith Lord, but to understand the nature of the Dark and Light sides so that he can balance them in the Current of the Force.
He can only understand this balance if he understands himself in truth, outside of the manipulations and lies afforded by Sidious.
Celeste will help him achieve this knowledge as she is a living Window in the Current of the Life Force. Revan seeks to cleanse Celeste of Sidious's depredations and free her so that she can open herself fully to Anakin so he can see the Force as it REALLY is. The Fountain of Life.
No better teacher exists to teach Anakin the balance of the force than Revan since Revan too was a chosen one. A knowing master of the Whole of the Force. The only other Jedi redeemed from the Dark Side and yet knowledgeable of its power.
Sidious has worked to bind Anakin closer to his will by uniting him to Celeste. Celeste he wishes to control through Anakin. Together they tie themselves to his will.
Revan and Jocosta have partially thwarted this binding by showing both Anakin and Celeste that they have free will and can make their own choices. In Celeste's case, Revan has empowered Celeste to act on her free will by showing her the potential she has.
Jocosta has done a similar thing with Anakin by giving him a reflection into a part of his past that he would burn from himself. His memory of being a Jedi. A realization of what he has done. She has also given him simple ceremonies that will link him to his inner-self and break the bonds of Sidious's manipulations.
The Black Heart was a test of this bond breaking. A mirror to reflect Anakin's power and his potential WITHOUT Sidious.
Kotju Mokal is approached by Eme the ghost and is talked into taking Eme to the Eredenn system to retrieves Eme’s hand. They take the hand to Kamino and have the two Eme clones made. Kotju is available for a new “controller”.
Stationed on Felucia, Jedi Knight General Aayla Secura had escaped death when the clones turned. She had faked her demise, using the Force to slow her breathing and heart beat. She fled the planet in her ship, the Silverslip and recieved a “blanket” transmission from Yoda telling all Jedi that he was on his way to Kamino and that they should report to Kashyyyk. There she met up with the Wookees who made her welcome.
Soon afterwards, she was ordered to go to Coruscant to gather any remaining Jedi on the planet. There she found Anaron and through him the ARC Alpha and Denni. The Jedi decided to escape Coruscant in “perfume” crates and soon after arriving on Kashyyk, they find Lohr Thal and Master Mundi. Due to the growing Imperial presence on Kashyyk, the group again set out and journeyed to Kamino to find Master Yoda.
On Kamino, Aayla wrestled with her memories of Order 66 and found it difficult to accept the Clone sympathizer in Commander Alpha. Upon their arrival on Kamino, they are greeted by Master Yoda who counsels Aalya about her feelings. Aalya is unhappy with Denni’s “relationship” with Alpha, and lets her know this. She no longer trusts any Clone. Aalya takes a kind of personal responsibility for the Jedi slaughter and both Masters Yoda and Mundi speak to her about her feelings. Although she is quieter, she is still disturbed. Still on her guard, she gradually accepted his presence. Now Aayla, like the other Jedi, waits for the right time to set forth and reclaim peace in the Galaxy.
Denni Sunwalker was trapped on Coruscant, was stunned that the Chosen One became a traitor and was the killer of Jedi. Distracted, she is found and protected by an ARC by the name of Alpha. While keeping an eye out for more Jedi, they met Anaron and eventually Aalya. They decided to leave for Kashyyk, where they found the blinded Lohr and were reunited with Master Mundi. They leave for Kamino and Denni talks about her love for Alpha, much to Aalya’s disgust. Although Yoda is not completely ready to trust Alpha, he allowed the ARC to return to Kamino.

OOC
: I hope this is okay for a good entrance post.
IC:
Kieran d’ Cannith, Jedi Knight
Kamino, 1 year and 23 days after the inception of the Empire
Trust.
It was something the Jedi Knight,
Kieran d’ Cannith
, could not rely upon anymore. And still, one year had passed since that horrific day. The day when the Jedi Order had fallen, when the Old Republic had fallen. In fact, the day when all civilization fell, leaving so many without a thing. And they rejoiced, the citizens of the galaxy rejoiced that the Old Republic was gone, only replaced with the Empire.
He had learned to trust long ago, during the times when the Jedi were needed. The good times; they could comfort the young Jedi Knight no longer. The Dark Woman had trained him well and he knew that she had trained him for this task, the task of survival. The skill of survival was one this Jedi possessed unlike the regular civilian of the galaxy.
Is the skill of survival enough against a ruthless enemy bent on destroying you?
He looked up into the always-cloudy sky of the ocean planet, a smile forming on his lips as rain poured down upon him. These days, Kieran’s smiles were a rare sight, a rare sight indeed.
I have come to sanctuary
. The words echoed through his mind, bringing happiness with them. At one time, the Jedi Order’s sanctuary had been civilization. And of course, they had failed in their mission to protect the Republic,
protect civilization
.
Mace Windu
had stressed the fact so many times and Kieran knew it to be true.
He continued his slow pace, glancing looks at his starfighter,
Ascension
and the door in front of his eyes. All that mattered to the Jedi Knight at that moment was that he had reached a place of rest, a place that the Jedi were welcome.

OOC: Yeah, Kotju is very moldable, because I did nothing with him.
Timeframe: 1 year after Order 66
Day: Early Day 23
Location: Cartao
Quietly, the King of Cartao strolled through the hall towards a room he visited so very often.
My son... where is my son?
He passed a shield hanging on a wall, a curved lightsaber hilt attached to it. Just a part of my past, he thought, nothing more. I have a future...
Passing Suisanna, the nanny, the King rushed into the room and thrust his arms into the crib, pulling out a laughing baby boy. Gently, the King's fingers tickled the young prince. A couple laughs later, Eme-ma took Kit out of his crib and held the infant to his right shoulder in a sweet embrace.
About 3 monthes after Eme-ma returned to Cartao, King Zamet fell ill, this time it was fatal. The King left behind no heirs to the throne, so he requested, on his deathbed, that Himou take over the throne. It was unexpected, because Himou thought Zamet was training him for a Senatorial position, but the King had alterior motives. He knew that his lungs were singed by
pulmonary edema
, and had adopted Eme-ma one month prior to his death. On his death bed, Gharles revealed to Himou this secret adoption. Thus, the Jedi became Sovereign Eme-ma Doli Zamet Himou, King of Cartao.
At this time, Eme-ma figured that his constant trips to Kamino should stop. He said goodbye to his fellow Jedi, promising they would remain in contact, and took his son back to Cartao.
Eme-ma then assumed the name Matthias Zamet, publically, in order to avoid the attention of Darth Vader, and Kit assumed Keith. With constant secret communication with the Jedi, Eme-ma decided to start getting into the favor of the enemy: he started peace-talks with the Empire.
"Suisanna, please contact the Emperor's secretary: I wish to speak with my Regional Governor."
"Yes, m'Lord..." responded the 68 year old woman.
"Suisanna, please! You take care of my son. Please call me, Eme-ma."
"Well, all right, Master Eme-ma, I will contact the Emperor's secretary."

Biography
-Trained as a Jedi by Kit Fisto, Eme-ma was a Jedi Commander with a specialty for Recon Missions. After his last mission where he was the sole survivor, he was sent by the Jedi Council to fight on Dantooine. On Dantooine, Eme-ma fought alongside Kit Fisto and Plo Koon against the robotic General Grievous. A shady Cartaoan, named Jales Zamet, interrupted the battle and Himou escaped in his Jedi Starfighter. Grievous had soon nuked the complex, and Himou thought his compatriots and former Master dead. And Escape wasn't exactly the right word either! Jales, using his souped up Cartaoan cruiser, captured the Jedi Starfighter and threw Himou into the brig. Eme-ma was able to escape, killed everyone on board, and left an unconcious Jales in the Jedi Starfighter. The Cartaoan ship, now under the control of Himou, went under the name The Arm of the Republic. Soon afterwords, Jales and co. had hacked into the R5 unit stored in the Jedi Starfighter and discovered the whereabouts of a Sith artifact on Dagobah. Eme-ma flew to Coruscant, but when no Jedi Council member was there, the Jedi believed this to be the work of Chancellor Palpatine. Thus, Eme-ma no longer trusted the Politician. Himou followed the Zamets and was forced into a dangerous Space Battle which ultimately ended up with him dying. Or so the Zamets thought, as Himou had, in his last seconds of air, commandeered his own Jedi Starfighter and made it to Dagobah. There he was tied up and left to hang by the escaping cousins. Eme-ma was soon saved by a spirit called Crutus Penari, the work of the twisted mind that here we like to call Super Shadow. Penari spoke of his powerful blade that could sever other lightsabers. According to him, it was the same thing as the artifact the Zamet's stole, the Darksaber. Himou was sent to Baltimn, the only place where the Penari jewels were hid. There, he encountered the Sanctuary.
The Sanctuary was the place where plenty of powerful women took refuge. They were The Order. Soon after arriving, Eme-ma discovered that this was the current whereabouts of Senator Padme Amidala. Anakin Skywalker arrived and kidnapped Padme, also stealing the last of the Penari jewels. Himou chased after Skywalker back to the Republic Assault Ship, where he crossed the Zamet's line one more time. Skywalker captured all of them single handedly and all were thrown into the brig. Jales then discovered the true power of the Darksaber: it could attach to your hand in the form of a Sith Tatoo. It could be summoned again by focusing on it. Using this new form, Jales was able to escape and freed Himou and Ghris. The three started to leave, when Himou betrayed the two and escaped in Jales's The Jale, no rerenamed The Arm of the Republic.
The Search to Find Skywalker commenced as Eme-ma followed the tracks to the Ursa system, under the new control of Reina Celeste. Using Tarkin's ship, Eme-ma snuck onto the planet only to be confronted by Clone Troopers, which he killed, and a bear. Himou escaped the infirmary and was imprisoned for attempting to steal Skywalker's lightsaber. While imprisoned, Skywalker threatened to kill Himou by squeezing his heart out of existence. In the last couple seconds, Anakin stopped and gave Himou a new mission to take out a Separtist recon team on Jupe. Sensing the Dark Side in Anakin, Himou ran to Coruscant, where he was given the mission to return to Jupe. While en route, Eme-ma's young friend, Kotju, had been captured by Jales and Ghris and used as a hostage to get the Penari blade. Eme-ma snuck onto the ship and took out all on board. Ghris was killed and Jales's hand was severed, thus the Darksaber was lost. After putting Jales in the brig, Eme-ma picked up the hand and was cursed with the Sith Tatoo, which housed the Darksaber. Eme-ma burst into the Ursa system only to find the Invisible Hand in orbit. Eme-ma shot at the Hand but left do to the power of that cruiser.
Upon returning to Coruscant, Eme-ma became much more suspicious of Palpatine as the same dark cloud that encompassed Anakin had done so to the Chancellor. Himou returned to the Council where he was put under "house arrest." Soon, Eme-ma learned how to work the Darksaber, and was thrown into a Mental Asylum for a bad examination (hard to describe, look at profile). Eme-ma, using the Darksaber, escaped the institution but gained the armor of a Clone Commando, whose team was soon to be sent to Malove. Himou, taking on the persona of that Commando, joined his team and blasted into the Ursa system one last time. The team consisted of Salvo(demolitions expert), Jumper(ace pilot and JetPack trooper), and Spear(ace on foot fighter, in combat tactician). The 4 landed in the Invisible Hand where they laid the charges necessary to blow up the engines. Grievous thwarted their plans and Himou was given a couple of thermo's from Salvo, and a Jetpack from Jumper, before he put them in an escape pod to save them from the wrath of Grievous. Ready to fight the cyborg, Penari appeared to Himou to reveal that Eme-ma no longer had the power to wield the Darksaber and the Sith Tatoo disappeared. Instead two Jedi Tatoo's appeared, and they were two regular lightsabers. Actually they were blue and orange lightsabers much like the ones destroyed on Dagobah. Eme-ma escaped now knowing that he has no chance of beating the General on his own. Windu captures him and decides to revoke Himou's status of Fallen Jedi.
As soon as Grievous fled to his Eredenn Base, Eme-ma and his team followed, but were intercepted by a vengeful Jales. In a nearly fatal sacrifice, Eme-ma destroyed Jales's superweapon, sending the Dark-user towards Eredenn followed closely by Tau Team. In the battle down in an Eredenn temple, Jales killed Jumper and Salvo, but was ultimately defeated by Spear, who stole one of Jales's lightsabers. Eme-ma met up with Saesee Tiin and Spear down on the planet and came up with a plan. Eme-ma came to Grievous, showing him the error in his ways, then captured Saesee for Grievous to torture. At the point where Grievous could finish off the Jedi Master, Eme-ma stepped in and locked the robotic general in a boiler room. Spear then destroyed the base using his ARC 170. Saesee and Spear go to leave for Coruscant, but are stopped by an urgeant message: Eme-ma encountered Grievous ON TOP OF THE INVISIBLE HAND (they were fighting out in space) and the Jedi was defeated, hand cut off, and was hurtling back towards the planet. The Clone Commando came to his rescue and the three went to Coruscant, only to meet up with Grievous again during the Battle of Coruscant.
During the Battle of Gripsholm, Dooku's lead ship, The Vengeance of the Forgotten, came crashing down to the surface. Soon afterwards, Himou fell victim to Tarkin's Orbital Strikes. Though the blast killed the Jedi Master, Eme-ma was saved by Qui-gon, who swooped in and saved Eme's spirit. Eme-ma is stationed in Cartao, being tutelaged by the elderly King Zamet in the ways of Politics.
--Military History: Jedi Recon Commander, Sith Commander, Cartaoan General, Cartaoan King
---Traumatic Experiences: ARC friend executed by Tann right in front of him. Masters seemingly blown up on Dantooine. Almost died when he kamikazed Jales's Superweapon. Had his arm chopped off by General Grievous. Both his Jedi Master and his Sith Master were killed. Uh… HE DIED!
Jedi/Sith/General Grievous Only
-Lightsaber Blade Color: Blue, Red
--Lightsaber Type: Dual [2x]
---Hilt Description: Blue like Obi-wan's EpIII or Luke's EpVI. The hilts are made so you can twist them together to make a saberstaff. the red is a Dooku blade, so when they are connected they form a 90 degree angle.

RE: The Galaxy at War Part III: Schism of the Sith
IC: Anaron Nexon. Entering Kamino.
A sparkling ship of red's and grey's shot through the hail winds and storms of blue fire. Within the ship lay Anaron, on his own. He didn't travel with others after the events at the temple. He looked on out the window, they were nearing the cloning facility by the looks. The ship began humming as it lowered and darted for the landing pad. The pilot of course, snatched the shuttle controls suddenly and stopped the ship. He'd landed finally, after a long wait, his legs were aching and all he could think about was greeting the jedi once again.
"First hiding, then cloning, what is master Yoda thinking?" He asked himself, the pilot not really listening. He actually mentioned Yoda, the name left his mouth and made him worry, were they actually here? Why wouldn't they be? After not seeing them for 12 months, he began to worry if they were still alive. Anaron opened the hatch to the outer ship and dived onto the platform, he landed with a bang on his feet. He still had his lightsaber with him, he hadn't used it once since the battle against the clones which had left his lightsaber a little rusty. He looked the blade up and down, it looked functional, now the fee.
"Hey son, pay up." The pilot managed to shout through the rain, shattering hard on the platform and on the ship. Anaron was all ready soaked, his clothing drenched in moisture.
"Of course, pilots don't fly to Kamino for free." He tossed a couple thousand credits into the hands of the driver. He'd earned them by gambling which had also won him a freind in the process. The chiss pilot acted as a taxi for long distance journey's, he were in it for the adventure. Anaron waved him goodbye, the ship left Anaron alone on the landing platform.
"Now, where are they?" He asked himself, meaning Yoda and the others.

The Master breathed heavily. It had been a year of "hurry up and wait," and a sad year. He hadn't realized how quickly he had bonded with little Kit Himou till, Eme ma Himou had come to take his son away with him. The Master wished them well. Since then, Jedi had made their way to Kamino one by one or in small groups, having gathered in shelters, both miserable and spare, and somehow, the numbers had swelled by some 35 strong since the month immediately following the Diasporah!
However, the reports indicated that the Empire was now offering bounties of substantial size and taking a more agressive stance, if that were possible, toward the eradication of the Jedi. What saddened Ki Adi most, was an account of two young knights who had been hiding in the Dellalt system with an old Master.
Silas Faulkner, had lived apart from the Order for 60 years as a hermit, high in a mountain range. No one knew his true age, but it was believed that he was nearly 200, which for a human, was quite ancient, indeed. He had eschewed society for so many years that he had become the stuff of legend. Many of the padawans thought him a great mystic sage and often upon completion of trials, young knights would travel to find Faulkner. Hobbled and wizzened by time, the ancient Master had morphed into the most youthful looking ancient. Mundi himself had never met Faulkner. He had always desired to make the quest to find him though.
Two young knights landed on the platform midway through the years, it was a cold season on Kamino, and ice blew in the wind and collected on the platform in dangerous sheets. They were starved and beaten. It was 2 days before either had the strength to relate their incredible tale and the Master, and indeed everyone, was eager to hear it. Such accounts were so regular upon the event of the newly arrived on Kamino, in the new Temple, that the Jedi had begun to need a meeting room where all would sit in concentric circles listening to each new tale of survival and flight, Master Yoda's little shin-do crowded to bursting and the little Master perched on a shelf in the wall, harumphing! So, the order now met in a large corridor that encircled an aguarium.
The two knights were twins and had, like many shared a Master. They had been in the midst of battle...escaping the clones, but the Master lost, not fallen, but they had no sense of him after the conflict. They returned to the abandoned battlefield to find no trace of him. Having recently heard of Master Faulkner, the two set out to find him. Several planets and no credits later, the knights landed on a secluded plateau on Dellalt. Eventually, parched and despairing, the two awoke under their leaf cove to find an ancient leaning on a stick and bending over them. He said not a word but waved them to follow, which they did, sensing and dumbfounded that the great Faulkner had found them! Nourished and reviving they lived in a cave high in the mists and studied, believing that all the Jedi must be gone. Faulkner had instructed them that it mattered not, that to be a responsible being and to grow well was all that was important. Soon they came to accept him as their Master and strove to immulate him. It amazed them, but the Master was a fast as lightening, and every bit as legend in his abilities as reputed. They lived in awe and each day revealed a new meaning. Thus, the days progressed until the skies were rent with the sound of engines, a rare occurance and in this lost mountains mist, to be sure. The Master had been distant for 2 days previous and now he pointed with his cane, "Go," he commanded, "Your lessons are ended, and you must leave this planet."
The twins had protested and as the Interceptor with its yellow markings swept low overhead. The Master gave the amazed knights a final poke, "Go!"
"But Master, it's another Jedi," and they began to make their way to where the interceptor had landed.
"Foolish maids," Faulkner cried. Jedi yes, friend no! Feel the Force, sense. Now listen to me. Go down the mountain and leave this planet. Do not return for me, for I will not be here!"
It was then that the two heard the unmistakable sound of a lightsaber being ignited. Even from a distance, they witnessed the battle between the hermit Jedi Master Faulkner and the black clad Sith. Never had they imagined such feats. The saber play was so incredibly beautiful that both had almost forgotten that mortal decisions would be made. In truth, they could no longer feel the Master. It was as if a light had been covered. He had blocked them out, and they supposed for their protection. Once they sensed this, they knew that they must flee the cool death of the black clad Jedi. Perhaps he was a Sith, whatever he was, they felt the cold still.
The room sat silent. Master Mundi had looked down and felt an overwhelming sadness. He did not look to Master Yoda, and later that night as he retired he meditated for a long time, as he drew his tea.
***
Ah, yet another survivor had arrived. Master Mundi recognized him. Why, it was...Anaron Nexon! Out in the rain stood the young man, the ship lifting behind him. "The Force is with you, young Knight," hailed the Cerean Master as he nodded and bowed in the rain. Yet, as he spoke, the Master felt the approach of yet another Jedi! He looked up into the low hung clouds and watched. Who could this be? Mundi glanced a smile to Anaron, glad to see him returned. He'd feared that Nexon had been lost and was warmed to see the young man again. Now another approached and he found, as had been the case before, that though his face bore only the usual grandfatherly warmth it always did, his hearts beat faster in knowing someone else had survived! Could this be d'Cannith?

RE: The Galaxy at War Part III: Schism of the Sith
IC Padme Amidala & Dorme Typho - A seedy little hotel room -
*****
Padme finished packing her small bag and snapped it shut.Waiting for Dorme in the fresher', Amidala wandered to the window and gazed out.
Lovely view - the alley. She had been in at least half a dozen or so such other rooms in the past year...and they ALL appeared the same.
As a parting gift, nine months ago, Hannes gave Padme the perfect give for such stays in such rooms....bug spray.
Senob couldn't let that one pass and he commented to Han (who now openly wore his feelings upon his shoulder )that bug spray was the perfect romantic gift - how did he expect to win Padala's heart?
"Hey! I'm romantic and practical! I don't want Padala to be bitten by some vicious hairy bug that crawls about in those mattresses and sheets...." Vanepp had made a face at Lan Revus.
"Top that one , mister!"
Padme stared at the bug spray in her hand and then turned her gaze to Revus. The 2 were in unspoken competition with each other for her affections. Revus had never openly stated to Padme as Hannes had (at least once a day) of his emotions - but she knew.
Amidala HAD used the bug spray - many times...and was thankful of it and thought of Hannes each time...she chuckled to herself. Exactly what you wanted me to do.
Hannes Vanepp or should she say Captain Palgg Wash was making quite a name for himself in open space. His ship, the 'Specter' and its captain were becoming legend. How the man did it, Padme did not know. He lived a charmed life that was sure. Their raids and forages were certainly helping the ARR....and Vanepp was enjoying every minute of it. The man was on the largest stage around.
The last time she had seen Han was a little over a month ago in a little dining establishment in a private room .He regaled Padme with his exploits...all 100% truthful...no exaggerations of course.
Amidala had laughed so hard tears ran down her cheeks. She could not remember when she had laugh so much and for so long.
He had given her parting gifts once more. Another can of bug spray.
"I figured love, that the other was almost gone...." and a locket upon a delicate gold chain.
"Open it, Padala." he said softly.
She did so.
"Oh, Han..."
It was a miniature, a reproduction of the portrait that Palo had done of the children and her before they departed Naboo, for Amidala had agreed to take the post of Chancellor-Elect.The children were just a few months old and Padme wore her dress of white feathers. The portrait as far as she knew was still in her parent's house.
"I had Palo paint the miniature."
"Yes, I recognize his style immediately. Thank you, Han."
"Now...no one can't say I'm romantic."
******
The children. Today was their birthday. Two. Padme swallowed the lump she felt growing in her throat. No. I won't cry. She thought of them night and day. Through courier, Bail would send holo's of Tanis and after gazing at them for hours, Padme would ....destroy them. She could not have current pictures of the children..if she was captured that would be a dead give away that they were alive...
Happy Birthday my darlings. Happy Birthday, Tanis. Happy Birthday, Luke.
Mama loves you so much and wishes she were with you....
A noise in the fresher...Dorme had killed another bug with her boot.
The door to the refresher opened and Dorme fussed .
"How many have we killed in this place?"
"27."
"That's not the record...record was 41...."
******
The hotel was but a short distance to the port and the 2 women decided to walk, pausing briefly to grab a java and drink it along the way.
Padme had slung her bag over a shoulder and her 'pea shooter' her miniature blaster ,was hidden in a sleeve.
As they walked, Padme looked about constantly, watching to see if they were being followed or if someone tried to grab their meager posessions.
That had happened twice , Dorme and Padme had defended themselves and their bags quite nicely, thank you.
In the distance Dorme spotted their ship - another of Vanepp's, the 'Gray Spruce Goose.'
"You ever notice, most of Hannes ships are named for birds?"
"Better than bugs..."Padme replied."How's the 'Rambling Roach' sound?
"Please don't tell him that..he'll use it.Don't you think he's become a little - well- eccentric?"
"Hannes! Eccentric...nah!!!!"
The 2 companions laughed.

Biography:
-Brief History:this was the nickname used by Anakin Skywalker to describe the clone trooper designated A-17, during the defense of Naboo, during the Clone Wars. Anakin chose to call the trooper Alpha, since he seemed to be much more than a simple clone. During the Battle of Jabiim, Anakin use the Force to draw away the droid army protecting the Separatist base, so that A-17 could set of a huge explosion to destroy it, cutting off Durge's only way to launch an attack on Naboo. However, the explosion was bigger than A-17 had anticipated, and he was disabled in the blast. This allowed Durge to injure A-17 before Anakin could intervene, but Anakin and Obi-Wan Kenobi managed to drive Durge and Asajj Ventress off Ohma-'Dun. A-17 continued to serve with Anakin during the Battle of Jabiim, but he began to chafe at the Jedi's orders to keep as many Separatists alive for questioning. A-17 began to openly question Obi-Wan's leadership on Jabiim, suggesting that the Republic's forces should simply kill every rebel and political leader, thereby ending the hostilities once and for all. Asajj Ventress managed to capture both Obi-Wan and Alpha on Jabiim, and she transported them both to Rattatak for interrogation. Ventress mercilessly tortured them while hoping to turn them over to Count Dooku as gifts. Kenobi and Alpha managed to escape, with some help from Ki-Adi-Mundi and Anakin Skywalker, before returning to Coruscant. Alpha was later recalled to Kamino, to serve as the instructor for a new batch of clone commanders. He agreed to take Anakin's suggestion of unique names for the clone to Kamino.
--Military History:after returning from Kamino,Alpha took part in the battle for Naboo (see GAW 1),protected Senator Amidala, went to Baltim,Last mission Rattattak, after Order 66 he understood that he was not a normal clone and he can disobey orders because of his strong will,he was made a Captain of the ship by Governor Tarkin after the success on Rattattak Republic's faith and he plans secretly to contact the Alliance ....Which eventually happened,he saved the Jedi Anaron,Lohr and Dennii.Fell in love with Dennii. He was uncovered while he was on Vader's ship and fled to Kashyyk then escaped from 2 Imperial fighters which were following him.Contacted the Opposition. Now he is trying to gain the trust of the Rebellion...

Kieran d’ Cannith, Jedi Knight
Kamino, 1 year and 23 days since the inception of the Empire
Sanctuary
It was something that Kieran d’ Cannith, Jedi Knight had been looking for one year. The end of the Clone Wars had brought none with it, instead an Empire bent on destroying the Jedi Order and the end of civilization to the Jedi. The hood of his cloak no longer sheltering his head unveiled a bright mane of shaggy, dark brown hair that was now damp with rain.
His eyes had caught the sight of an approaching red-and-grey starfighter, which held a Force-strong presence within the cockpit. These facts now assured the Jedi Knight that he had come to the right place. The Force had never failed him and still hadn’t.
I only follow the will of the Force.
Those words he had heard so many times from his former Master, the Dark Woman. Diving into the currents of the Force, he sensed another presence on a platform on the floating Kamino city. The Force whispered to him.
Ki-Adi Mundi
He had certainly come to the right place and he called upon the telepathic powers of the Force to carry his words like a message on the now-disbanded HoloNet. The Jedi Knight hoped they would reach the Jedi Master and that he would be finally welcomed into his long-deserved rest.
<Hello? Is anyone there?
Master Mundi
? It is I, Jedi Knight Kieran d’ Cannith>

"Luke you sit here next to Cammie, and Biggs, Fixer you sit and the end there," Beru said she looked at Luke with what caled almost be called a mothers love, because that's how Beru felt towards Luke, like a mother.
"Aunt Beeu food,"
Luke said banging his hands on the table.
"In a minute Luke. Uncle Owens just gonn bring out your cake any second....." and with that, Out Owen steped from the kitchen holding a round birthday cake with two candles in the middle.
"There you go litle guy" Owen said as he place the cake in front of Luke. Luke took a quick look at the cake and saw what the design was on it.
"Its a ship, me gonna fly a ship Uncle Oween"
the boy said with tons of excitment in his voice and a massive grin on his face
"Maybe one day , now blow aout the candles and make a wish then we can open your presents!"
With that, Luke let out a big breath and blew the candles out

Ach! Yes, certainly, old man, that is d'Cannith, harumphed Mundi to himself with a smile. A finger of the Force tracing the words in his mind,
/"Hello? Is anyone there? Master Mundi? It is I, Jedi Knight Kieran d’ Cannith."/
/"Hail, to you Keiran d'Cannith. You find your welcome,"/ returned the Cerean in like manner. Mundi turned to Anaron and slapped him fondly on the back as Mundi advanced further out in the rain to greet the other knight. "Come Anaron. This looks to be an occasion with the return of yourself and young Keiran d'Cannith!"

Kamino, 1 year and 23 days since the inception of the Empire
<Hail, to you Kieran D’Cannith. You find your welcome>
A smile once again touched his lips as
Master Mundi’s
message reached his ears in response to his telepathic message. The Jedi Knight watched as two figures approached their robes damp with the heavy Kamino rain. Kieran knew the tall Cerean to be Master
Ki-Adi Mundi
, once of the Jedi Council and a good friend of Kieran’s master, the
Dark Woman
.
The second man, about nineteen years old, was obviously a Jedi Padawan. Kieran knew the Jedi Padawan to be
Anaron Nexon
, a legend in the Jedi Temple during the early days of his training. He had also been responsible for bringing peace to a savage Tatooian tribe, making him worthy of much respect in the eyes of Kieran’s Master, the
Dark Woman
and Kieran as well.
As the two Jedi approached, Kieran honored them with a deep and respectful bow, the smile still on his lips.
“Thank you for letting me come to sanctuary. I have searched so long for this place and it is so good to see such familiar faces.”
His voice was that of a Coruscanti native.

IC: Anaron Nexon. Kamino, outside the cloning facility.
The everlasting storms blew on, but the coldness had to clash with the warmth inside of Anaron's heart right now, it was so breath-taking identifying the legendary cerean jedi master with his bare eyes. But also, the prophecised pupil of the Dark one, D'Cannith. He was a wise knight in the ways of the force. Anaron had secluded his rank in the Jedi order, was he even known as the padawan still, it had been so long and he'd learn't so much from the force itself. His fluffy coned shape head burrowed in white fur teased a smile from his young face.
“Thank you for letting me come to sanctuary. I have searched so long for this place and it is so good to see such familiar faces.”
Kieran was thankful for being accepted into the facility, it was moving that he remembered them both. The jedi were at peace for this time, and now they could enjoy what they came here for. Anaron was now fairly excited to sense others from within the temple. His bones ached, the journey had been long but the reward tightly handsome. Getting to befreind his elder master and a knight amongst the temple.
"My fellow brethren, I'm glad to have returned and to spectate you all in safe hands. I know not of what has happened to this day but the republic have shattered our trust in all."
Anaron had to be enlightened on the facts, but it was raining heavily, beating down upon his brown robe. He pulled is hood over his young face and nodded towards the door.
"Perhaps we should go inside, the tide is getting viscous and I'm wet enough as it is."
He let a smile bellow with ease, and turned to face his freinds.
