BLUE PROJECT TWO: Path of Darkness

Nizzal mental smiled, as the girl had joined them on stage. Away from the other, they could keep a better control of the sitution. But Nizzal allowed herself an inkling of enjoyment, as they completed their dance, her globe having the wanted effect upon the crowd, and the girl. Mara and she continued the dance, with the girl now joining them. And after which, they soon found themselves back in their dressing room, the young girl with them.

She cast her gaze about her to look upon Mara and Airye. Airye smiled, as she gently placed the globe into a container, its colors gently pusling softly, almost as if it was happy. Airye patted the globe, and then turned to look at Mara.

Mara exchanged a small smile with her partner. "I think we need to have a little talk," she said to the girl. "We would very much enjoy the opportunity to assist you." With a nod and a smile, Airye moved to pour several drinks. After the performance, Airye found herself quite thirsty, and wanting to eat. But that would have to wait. Right now, they had someone to protect. And more importantly, find out who those strange women were. If they had anything to do with the dissapearence of the others, she wanted to know.

Airye passed a cup of refreshing drink to booth Mara and the girl, after she had scanned it to make sure it was ok to drink. Airye was keeping watch, in case the women decided to make their way back to their dressing room. As Airye moved about, she spoke softly. "If I may ask, what is your name?" she asked the girl, giving a friendly grin as she handed her the dirnk. "You move well." she added, as Airye moved to take a seat. She wondered how the boys were doing, out in the frenzied crowd out in the main bar area. With that thought, she grinned once more, as she waited for the girl to reply.

Vale - Coruscant

Value was silent, as they stood once more, back in the area that they had found the dying healer no so long ago. Her Zabrak senses were being overwhelemed with the sight of blood, but her nose picked out other things as well. Her anger was barely kept in check, as she scanned the ground, squated over a particular spot. Her eyes narrowed to mere slits, as she concentrated on her senses. Some of the stray beings, humanoid and otherwise, had followed them from the burial site. She was quite aware of them, but as long as they did not interfere, she could care less. Her anger seriously wanted something to vent upon, and it was taking all of her willpower, to concentrate on the task at hand. Ruthra stood nearby, keeping watch over them, as she scanned the area. A particular scent seemed to be intermixed in all the horror around her, as she was sure it had something to do with the healers death.

Ruhtra stood. "Perhaps it is time we returned to the upper levels to ask some questions," he commented, his tone low. Vale at first ignored him, as her fingers gently reached out, and touched the blood soaked street before her. Vale then gave a low guteral growl as she slowly came to a standing position. When she turned to look at him, her eyes were dark. "The upper level?" she asked slowly, echoing his comment. She slowly shook her head, a soft hiss came from her, as she snatched once more on her hat. "They know. They either heard or saw it." she stated softly, looking around them, speaking of those that had followed them. She turned, sniffing the area around her gently. She looked off in the direction of a darkned corridor. Her hands balled up into tight fists, as she looked down the corridor. Maybe they had walked that way, to a speeder. Maybe something else. She slowly began to walk down in the direction her nose led her, growling at any who stood in her way, as she moved. Her one happy moment had been distroyed. And they had killed the one person who had been nice to them. THEM. Them....always them. They had caused her family to go away. They had hurt Ruhtra. And Vale was getting tired of running from them. Part of her simply wanted to scream...and keep screaming. Make it all go away. She wanted to be back home. She wanted to be playing, and doing things like she used to. But now, her days were filled with hiding and darkness, and death. She understood death far too well. They didnt come back from that. They were gone, forever. It was pain, and anger and sadness. And it was because of THEM.

Vale walked for abit, then stopped. Strong emotions seemed to suddenly reach out and grab her, and Vale bit her lip, to keep from crying out. Tears began to well up in her eyes. Vale began to search the area, wipping her eyes, as she tried her best to not let Ruhtra see that she was crying. She inhaled the scent deeply. She knew who they were. Now, they had to find out where.
