IC: Ralem Jin-Qua, main hold
Ralem was peering up at the hovering coral skipper when Li Sal came into the hold. He saw the young man near exhaustion and went over to him immediately. After a quick inspection, Ralem noted he was alright but extremely taxed. He listened to Li Sal's report and his face grew grim and hard as steel. Ralem then turned to his own Genin, Sindo nodded a short greeting and said, "Sindo, you will accompany me in this." Then turning to Fauna, "Fauna, I think it best to aid your Master now." Then turning back to Li Sal, "Take care...and may the Force be with you."
Ralem burst out of the hold in a flurry, aided by the Force, toward to room Li Sal indicated the Rancor was. As he drew near, he sensed his old friend and fellow Master, Dade Leviathan. Sensing Dade's demeanor, Ralem sent a wave of reassurance to his old friend, indicating more in feelings than words, that he was on his way.
With his Genin on his heels, Ralem rounded the corner and saw the room, doors open, just as Dade and the others were entering in. He had to shield his eyes slightly as the room was illuminated brightly. With a slight nudge in the Force, Ralem let Dade know he was there and stalked into the room, flooding himself with the Force and igniting his twin emerald lightsabers. Sindo following behind...

"Sindo, Nosvos," Dade addressed the genin, "I want you behind Ralem, Maya and I."
Searching the room, he felt the signature of whatever was in here at the far end of the room, and it was obviously hidden behind something back there. "Maya," he said softly, "Move around the right. Stay close to the wall. Nosvos, follow closely behind her. Maya, I want you to cloak you and Nosvos with the force and find out exactly what we're dealing with. Then I want you to try to put it to sleep. Your top priority, however is Nosvos's safety. If he is in danger, get him out."
Dade then turned to Ralem and Sindo. "Ralem, move around to the left. Sindo, keep close behind your master. Ralem, form a line between me and you. When we find out what the creature is we shall attack front and back. Whatever it is, nothing can protect its front and back at the same exact time. But remember that Sindo's safety is your priority. If he is in danger, get him out before returning to battle."
"Anything else to add, either of you?" Dade then asked both Maya and Ralem.

Ralem considered Dade's tactics for a moment then nodded in approval, "I agree Dade, that sounds like an effective strategy."
Ralem turned to his Genin and said with steel in his eyes, "Sindo, this will be extremely dangerous. I need to know you will follow my lead without question." Sindo nodded he understood and with that, Ralem and Sindo began to circle around to the left as silent as a breeze.

NosVos looks at Maya, smiles and nods, looking to the other templars he speaks softly 'good luck'. NosVos follows Maya around the side shutting off his saber as to not make the beast aware of there coming by its soft humm or because of its crimson glow. Maya is giving off a frustrated aura and NosVos feels something bad might happen. The same feeling he had when his master had died. He stuck close to her, if she tried anything like Dark he would stop her. Even if it meant his on life. He continued behind her aware of everything, aware of the sweat dripping down Maya's neck. Aware of the small patter of feet from the other Templars. Aware of the sound of deep breaths coming from up ahead. Whatevver it was it was big and he knew it.

Fauna stood by and watched as Master Ralem and genin Sindo ran out of the Hanger. She looked up at the Vong ship above her and could feel the living energy from it. She shuddered again and was relieved her master hadn't dragged her off to face whatever the others were facing.
"Master, I think we need to find out what else is on this ship."

With his lightsaber ignited Sindo followed closely behind his master. The thought of battling a bull rancor frightened Sindo quite alot, but he was sure to keep his fears suppressed, for he already sensed that Maya was a little uneasy and didn't want to make anything worse. Instead he projected confidence through the force.

She felt though the force, the sadness that NovVos, she smiled at him to give him some kind of sign she would be ok that she was a survyor. Then sensing the message from another Master, sending a message back of some what, the force works in different ways and paths can lend in different direction ways that are for the best
Know looking at the at the rest and lighting her lightsaber, some how knowing that this wasn't going to be easy with the way that she knew how to fight and that she wasn't loud to use what she is good at, she knew something bad was going to happen.

When the others had caught up enought for them to continue, Vincent did so. He saw no reason to procrastinate and continued onward towards the old control center and perhaps into battle with the Vong.

Igniting his lightsaber as well he stood at the reay. Pistol aimed in the dark searching for a figure to put a hole in. His blood was pumping his heart was beating at 100 miles a minute. He was ready, whenever it came he was ready. As he seen it move his adrenaline started to rush. It was a Rancor!. Was he the only one to see it he didn't know. He wanted to rush into bettle in a screaming frenzy. He wanted to leave the same way. But he stayed put using the force to calm himself. He would strike at the oppurtune moment when the others attacked he would follow suit. He tapped Maya and pointed silently to where the figure lay.

As Maya and Nos Vos approached the beast he heard a loud snort then a deafening roar that shook the room. The beast lurched forward and into the light showing it's hideous and awesome form. The bull rancor had greenish skin, black angry eyes, and numerous spikes and tusks. The beast was obviously designed for one thing...carnage. The rancor charged directly at Maya and Nos Vos. Ralem, having only a split second to react, Force pushed Nos Vos out of the way leaving Maya to fend for herself. His concern for her shot through the Force as he could only watch helplessly as Maya prepared for what was coming at her. Ralem felt Dade become electrified in the Force and knew he was preparing to attack the beast as well. Now that the rancor moved forward, Ralem could now get completely into place and carry out the strategy Dade proposed. Running now to the back side of the rancor, Ralem opened himself fully to the Force. Unlocking ALL his emotions, the Force flowed through him fully now and he felt power swell inside him. Ralem's fingers tingled and sparked with the powerful energy flowing through him. With his Genin behind, Ralem combined Force jump and Force speed to close the distance quickly on the great, roaring beast.
