Dawn of the Hunter: Jedi Hunting Guild at the beginning of the Empire

I'm new to roleplaying in this forum but I've played on other sites. I've glanced around on other threads and I think this will end up being played a little differently...
Story: Everyone starts sitting in the Mos Eisley Cantina. The TV screen changes from it's regular sports to an important message stating that the Republic is now an Empire and that Jedi are now criminals. My character is going to be starting a Jedi Hunting Guild and the story will revolve around that, whether you are in it or just following and even hindering.
Rules: As for characters I don't really care who is what but I would like force-users to be at a minimum. It would be better for there to be more bounty hunters or anyone else "just trying to make thier way in the galaxy." Also, I would rather people have one character per person.
I noticed that most intros are lists, but for this game introduce your character as you would do a regular post. Anyone is welcome at anytime. No god-modeing, or doing things generally annoying. I reserve the right to ban someone (am I allowed to do that?). I'll be running the story but when the game gets going it would be excellent for others to start to control the story. Basically whatever happens happens, and the more diverse and shifty the characters and story are, the better.

Jasoris sat at the counter, sifting his fingers through his stringey hair, back behind his horns. He watched the podracing. Such a silly thing, betting on the podraces, gambling petty bits of money on something so insignificant. Only the lowest of the low would do such a thing. But he watched, and he wanted the green and silver pod to win. That's were he had half of his money.
He was ruined, yet another operation shut down. Who knew the Jedi still had time to deal with characters like him. He tried to make so many hunting groups, all ruined by the jedi. He no longer got the thrill of the hunt. He would much rather watch others do it. The zabarak was entering his fifties, and had helped to take down some criminals in the past. But they were all the same, no challenge. He needed someone real.
His pod was losing. He might have enough to last him through the week, if he won. Unless he sold his guns. He snickered to himself. He would make sure he was buried with those powerhouses. Two GGG Falcons, the of the best blatsers out there, needing a special power-pack. But it looked as though this burial was coming soon. The screen was deciding his future.
As the green pod exploded the screen flickered and changed. The room fell silent as Palpatine began speaking. People wondered if that meant the war was over. But it was much better. The Republic was now an empire, and Jedi were outlaws. Jasoris whooped with joy.
"Jasoris Hunting is back in buisness!"

OOC: Besides his rude approach, the man is right. This is a good basis, but you need to flesh it out a little bit. A few rules here, a sample character sheet there, and a little more of a backstory and you'll be good to go.

I'll help with the tagging question. Basically, it's the way to say 'your turn'. I'll use an example with the users "Me" and "You":
*me*
I draw my blaster and aim at your stomach.
tag - you
*you*
I duck and roll behind nearby boxes. I fire my own blaster at your head.
tag - me
*me*
I also duck, realizing I'm cornered. I raise a white flag in surrender.

Do you get how it works?

Unless it's a small game with a few people who do small posts, I also skim through the posts to find a tag to me, typically. You could look at the tags sort of like a game of tag. You do your post, then tag - you're it. Your turn.

Okay, thanks for all the help. Here are the updated rules:
The Clone Wars affected everyone, just in different ways. The rest of the galaxy lived in fear. But here on Tatooine, things were different. The simple scum thrived, with the lack of security and the lack of those who care. But the hunter, they became all but extinct. All there was to hunt were the sepratists, taken care of by jedi. The big criminals just didn't exist.
But in the Mos Eisley Cantina when the news was broken that Jedi were criminals, the bounty hunters were going to rise...
Characters: I don't have exact guidlines for how many of what type of characters, just mainly bounty hunters and mercenaries or others just trying to get by. Force-users at a minimum.

Reason for joining guild: creator, hates jedi, Previous hunter but would rather help others on the hunt.
Bio: One of Jabba's best, until a failed mission 20 year's earlier forced him to "retire". He changed his name and started making hunting guilds, each one taken down by Jedi.

I think that character is one belonging to 21st, Master_Dmentae, as it is the same character in the start post. I think I will join. I did get permission to be a force user:
Name: Marna Veign
Species: Human
Gender: Female
Age: 30
Equipment: Standard Jedi equiptment, though she's dressed more like a moisture farmer is. She does not look the Jedi Knight she is.
Reason for Joining Guild: not applicable
Bio: Marna was, as many Jedi were, raised in the Jedi Temple. At the age of 11, she was selected to be the apprentice of Jedi Knight Tahsh Hapay, who had become a Jedi Knight not long before. Their partnership got off to a rocky start, they were both nearly killed while on their first mission together, but in the end, they sucedded and both lived. Because she nearly died by drowning on that mission, she is still cautious around water, though she is mostly beyond the fear of water.
Marna was made a Jedi Knight at the age of 25 and has been going solo since then. Recently, she was sent to Tattooine because of fairly large problems between two crime lords. One of the smaller settlements on the planet was racked with gang violence, and she was sent to stop it. Marna was able to do so, and had returned to Mos Eisley to discover her ship's systems had gotten clogged up with sand from a sandstorm that had happened while she was dealing with the crime lords.
She hired someone to repair her ship and get it spaceworthy again. She had been able to contact the Jedi Temple to let them know of the problems she'd been having, once. The rest of the times, she figured they were too busy with the war. The ship had been undergoing repairs for about a week when she decided to get a drink at the local cantina. While there, Marna heard news that made her blood run chill...

Name:Corina Jasmine Dethera (CJ)
Species:Human
Gender:Female
Age:16
Equipment:Basic Jedi equipment that an apprentice would carry.
Reason for Joining Guild:She's lost without her Master and so journeyed to Tatooine, knowing that it was far enough away from the Temple she had a chance at survival. CJ wants to join the guild in hopes that she will find another Jedi or Jedis that have survived.
Apperance: CJ doesn't look 16, she's tall and well devolped with a hardened look to her face. With bright green eyes and redish hair she is a beautiful young woman but hates the fact. She wears plain tunics with plain brown robes. Since the beginning of the Purge she has aquired a black form fitting tunic and less Jedi looking clothes.
Bio:CJ was raised at the Temple as most Jedi are but her stuborness always showed through. She never took to taking orders and asked to many questions, a habit she never out grew.
At age 12 she was selected as a Padawan to Master Alame Frota. The two rarely got along but made a good team nonetheless and quickly became close, though CJ still often disagreed with her Master.
Through the war CJ went on many missions and grew from a child to a young woman, a very firey young woman. During the Purge, CJ and her Master were on a mission to the planet Naboo but were almost shot down by the Troopers with them. CJ escaped in an escape pod, Master Alame Frota did not. She stayed behind in an attemp to save her Padawans life, her last words to the girl were "You are meant to be a Jedi."
The pod took CJ to Umgul.There she went under cover,knowing that being a Jedi could get her killed.She quickly stowed away to get off planet. CJ went through Bothan space, surviving but not living and in a few days made her way to Tatooine, a place she hoped she could be safe on. There she walked into a cantina and saw the news, her heart stopped...some childish part of her had prayed that it had only been the troopers her and her Master had been with. As the reality set in and CJ knew she had to find the other surviving Jedi.
