Four months have passed since the battle of Geonosis. And the Clone Wars have infected the known galaxy faster than bacteria, leaving a trail of death and destruction in it's wake. The Republic and the Confederacy launch campaign after campaign against one another in order to dismantle the other and gain the advantage in what has turned into a long and bloody conflict.
The Jedi order along with the millions of clone troopers keep the Republic standing against the droid armies of the Confederacy, who numbers grow with every passing day with factories all round the galaxy. However, the clones of the Republic are created and trained at a more sufficient rate and with a proud Mandalorian heritage they make an excellent fighting force to counter the droids.
But the positives also come with flaws.
From young and ignorant padawans affected by the on going warfare to clone commanders with too much of a mind of there own, struggle is on both sides of the war...
The Republic fleet has now arrived over the planet of Argos, preparing to take to planet that is important key to the Confederacy in this sector of the galaxy.
Setting
Unlike most Clone War RP's that i've seen this will be set, and ONLY set, around the planet of Argos. A seemingly peaceful world that has stayed loyal towards the Republic intill the outbreak of the Clone Wars when a large Separatist movement on the planet caused an outbreak of violance between the Separatists and Republic Loyalists.
A largely unspoilt world with large stretching plains and forests with huge cities, the world is a seeming paradise. But the arm of the war has now reached the planet and the paradise is set to become a very diffrent place.
I intend to keep this as a something of a short RP with dedicated players.

Bio:Ambrose was born on Felucia, or so the scientists had said.
Ambrose never really understood where he came from, or why the scientists took him, but one thing he does know is that if the Confederacy is to survive he must help it.
So he asked a commander to reasign him to Argos, and within that month he was there preparing the defenses.
He is currently a commander of a droid army there.

Bio: Aimi is a young girl who was stolen away from her home of Dathomir when she was very young by slavers and did not know her real family. The slaver captain, Rokurou Oroitz Sonozaki, did not feel the need to sell the young girl into slavery, despite the number of females they had gathered on Dathomir and other worlds. He adopted her as his own child, unable to find a woman who would care or love him because of his outward appearance, and named her Aimi. It was not until her second birthday (or the first anniversary of her time spent away from Dathomir) that the Force drove her and Rokurou to Telos where he and his crew were apprehended after a years stay. While confined, the girl was taken into the care of the head of the security force, and he questioned Rokurou as to what the girls name was. He only replied: “Aimi Sonozaki, my daughter.”
She was turned over by request to a Jedi who was visiting the station, noting Aimi's force sensitivity. She was taken to Coruscant where she was trained in the ways of the Jedi Sentinel. Not having a family to speak of, like most students, she considered the other apprentices like brothers and sisters, and the Masters as the family she never knew or had.
Aimi is now a Jedi padawan and hopes to keep her friends safe during the course of the Clone Wars.
Rosario + Vampire is a great anime. Please watch it!

On Argos he got a job as standard security officer. Following the recent outbreak of attacks by Confederacy Loyalists he has sided with the Republic, in the belief that they shall provide a better future for their plan et, just as they did prior to the Confederacy's attacks.

Bio: Not much to say about ARC trooper Arin. He took part in the battles on Reth Iuos and Exxus Prime, important conflicts in the four months since the beginning of the war. His armor has green markings on it, but his armor is similar to other ARC troopers. A sniper rifle is his main weapon, while he also carries around pulse grenades and portable mines. Arin is a sharpshooter, haing dismantled many an enemy who has threatened his squad.

Bio: He was born 51 bby, on Iridonia. When he was 14 his latent force ability freed its self. He was undergoing warrior training, and his task was to fight and kill a young nexu. The creature jumped on him, knocked him down and began goring him. In pain and fear he burst out with his anger and hatred for the creature and sent it flying into a wall with the force, it hit the wall so hard that it broke its neck, and the wall.
After the battle it was told to a dark Jedi, (who was thought to be a Jedi) that he had the force. The Dark Jedi took him as his apprentice. When he his Master seemed to be stalling with his training, Goreb killed him, and went off to search for the Sith. He was found by Dooku who persuaded him to join the confederacy.

All right, this is the start of the "Fire Across the Galaxy" RP.
The Republic fleet had just moved out of hyperspace. Long Assault ships and their small ARC-170 escorts had entered the Argos system, where there was a turmoil bewteen Loyalist and Seperatist forces. Though it may not have looked like it, Argos itself appeared to be the site for an important battle inthe now four-months old War. After victory on Geonosis, the Republic had gained a quick series of victories, its clone army defeating numerous droid armies controlled by the Seperatists on many different worlds. However, there was always a risk of losing ground to the enemy; but that was something that could simply not occur. It was war; a time of no quarters combat and no mercy...
IC: ARC Trooper Arin
Aboard the Assault Ship Celetron
ARC trooper Arin walked around the troop deck of the [i]Celetron[i], one of the three Republic Assault ships to enter the system. All around him, various clone soldiers were perfecting their hand-to-hand combat techniques, but he paid that no mind. He was an ARC trooper, and a sharpshooter like him rarely had to use martial skills to defeat enemies. Underneath his helmet, Arin smiled as he fondly remembered all of the enemies he had dispatched with his trusty sniper rifle. Many droids had fallen victim to his ARC squad, a group of elite clone soldiers under the command of ARC Commander Pitt. For example, in the battle of Exxus Prime, his squad had led a successful charge against an enemy fortification, destroying all opposition that met them. Of course, he thought to himself, elite soldiers were trained to make the right decisions, not foolish heroic charges that would wipe out half or more of one's group.
As he stared around the deck, Arin noticed that Commander Pitt was approaching him. He quickly saluted, and Pitt said "At ease." "Arin, we have orders to be the first ones down on the planet. There is a series of four enemy outposts down there, each protected by its own shield. If we can take control of all four outposts, then we have easy access to their main base. However, the higher-ups don't want to waste a whole battalion for this task, so we have been chosen to execute it. Gather your things and meet us in 0100 in the Main Hangar Bay." With that, Pitt marched off to find the other members of the squad. Arin followed his instructions and scrambled to gather all of his materials for the upcoming mission.

Clone Commander Dev stood on the balcony, watching as all of the troops below practiced their fighting skills. Amongst the assorted soldiers, he could spot ARC Commander Pitt, who had just spoken to ARC trooper Arin. As Pitt neared the turbolift to the bridge, Dev waived him down. Pitt looked up and waved, a gesture not usual among clones.
As he neared Pitt, Dev continued to look around. Nearby, one of the clones in his battalion had just tackled another clone, practicing his martial skills. "Pitt, are you ready for this?" Dev asked curiously.
"We're always ready. If we fail, you have to back us up."
"Right. Well,I guess we'll see what happens and plan from there."
