	When Galaxies Collide: A Major AU RPG Date Coruscant-22 BBY-Five years after the launch of the Outbound Flight Project/First year of the Clone Wars. Earth-January 1, 2012 New Years Day IC: Jorus C'Baoth Outbound Flight, Main Vessel In Orbit Around Earth -Initiating Transmission- "This is Jedi Master Jorus C'Baoth to the Jedi Council. Outbound Flight is a success we have discovered another galaxy and have made contact with the people of the planet Earth in the Milky Way Galaxy." -Static&Sirens- "Oh no, the Outbound Flight complex is under attack, it would appear as though Confederacy forces have managed to follow us. We're fighting them off as best we can. Hopefully these humans from Earth can help us. C'Baoth out." -End Transmission- IC: United Nations Summit(Speaker of the U.N./Security Council Head) Earth, Northern/Western Hemisphere, North America, United States of America, New York State, New York City, United Nations Building. "We have just made contact with an extraterrestrial station named the Outbound Flight. They have come in the search of life outside their galaxy and have shown no intention of violence. They belong to a massive Galaxy wide democratic system called the Galactic Republic and have extended their hand in friendship. I would like the United Nations to accept that invitation and..." the speaker of began but stopped as an aid approached and whispered to the speaker. "I have just been informed that the Outbound Flight vessel has fallen under attack by another alien vessel, the Outbound Flight is requesting aid from the Nations of the planet Earth, I believe it is time that we see things in a broader view, we are not alone in the galaxy, we can no longer treat eachother like enemies. Do we help these explorers, do we unite in the fact that we are all from Earth? What say you?" the speaker added. He was met with a booming round of applause, he then turned back to the aid. "Tell all the the world leaders with Nuclear weapons to use them now, tell them to target the enemy vessels, but make sure they don't hit the Outbound Flight." the speaker whispered. "Thank you everyone, today marks the beginning of a new page of history for the entire planet." he added and then he walked off with another wave of applause. He then began looking for the leaders of the Security council, finding them congregating near the front entrance. "I want you all to contact the leaders of the space associations in each nation, tell them to begin a large scale evacuation process, we're getting everyone off of Earth and onto the Outbound Flight. I've spoken with the leader of the vessel and they have made room for the entire population of Earth, as well as two of each life-form on the planet, except dangerous microbes. We're to leave soon. They're sending their own transports to help with the evacuation, it appears they picked up some more ships from other planets on the way here." he said to the council "Why are we leaving?" spoke the Security Council's head. "Are they incapable of holding these, what did you call them, Separatists, off?" he added raising his eyebrows. "No, but they can't hold off an entire army, and one is on the way. Evacuation procedures are already beginning in the major nations, third world will be after them, then the developing nations." the U.N. speaker said. "Everything should be done before any more Separatist forces arrive. I suggest you all prepare for the evacuation, after you contact the space associations." he added before turning and leaving the council behind. -Storyline- What if the galaxy far, far away suddenly wasn't so far away, What if that long time ago, was really a few years in the future? What if the events of the Star Wars prequels spilled over into the Milky Way? Welcome to When Galaxies Collide, and RPG where the events from the Star Wars universe spread into the affairs of the Milky Way. This RPG is based on the idea that the Outbound Flight mission was successful, and that it managed to reach the Milky Way galaxy, but it was...followed. It also involves the complete evacuation of the human population of Earth as well as all other lifeforms, a Noah's Ark of sorts. The people of Earth suddenly find themselves thrust into an intergalactic conflict, one that they are ill prepared to enter. However they still have the choice to choose their side, will they align with the Confederacy of Independent Systems(CIS), or the Galactic Republic? Will the people of Earth discover that among their numbers their are true Jedi? And how will the events we all know so well be effected by this new discovery? Will the Yuuzhan Vong become disturbed by the sudden activity through the Unknown Regions? I guess all will be known in time. Welcome and May the Force be with you all. Thou shalt not take control of another players character without their consent, not even if given permission by myself the GM. 3. Thou shalt keep the profanity outside, I'd like to keep things here PG-13. 4. Thou shalt use OOC: for out of character posts crucial to the furthering of the RPG, IC: for in character posts, and TAG: for who you wish to communicate with in the game. 5. Thou shalt not spam, flame, etc. 6. Thou shalt discuss things in PM's and not clutter the thread with dribble. 7. Thou shalt obey the word of the GM and his Co-GM's for it is law. 8. Name: Gerrik Thade Alias/Nickname: Cyclone Age: 30 Species: Human (Neo Geterran) Home-world -Name: Neo Geterr -Location: In the Unknown Regions -Brief Description: Neo Geterr is a predominately wooded planet with four continents and two oceans. It is technologically equal to the Core Worlds, though the population of the planet is scarce, and usually on the coasts. It has a very stable government that has stood for 100,000 years. Neo Geterr is a borderline Utopia where people have learned to co-exist peacefully and maintain harmony between technology and nature. The fact that everything on this world is Force Sensitive doesn't hurt that either. It orbits a single star and has a year and day similar to that of Earth. Once every 100,000 years a comet called the Qixoni Comet passes by, bringing with it chaos. Every year however the Solari Comet passes bringing harmony. It also has a multiwavelength shield array which consists of concussion, disruptor, particle and ray shielding which wards off most attacks. It is also equipped with an EMP pulse emitter to knock off buzz droids and two barbed rods with disruptor abilities, these rods are used to pierce enemy fighter hulls and use them as either rams, to hold them in place, or throw into a knot of fighters and send shrapnel into them. Attached at the pommel are a combination Vibro-blade and Blaster Pistol, just in case things get to dodgy. -Number of Lightsabers: Two -Blade Color: One a bright green, the other an ice blue. -Crystals Used: Gerrik uses a fourteen crystal matrix, a group of six crystals are covered with a magnification crystal in the first group of seven, this is repeated with the other seven creating an extremely powerful blade. The crystals used consist of the following. Pontite, Jenruax, Lorrdian, Synthetic, Opila, Corusca Gem, Ankarres Sapphire, Hurrikaine, Sapith, Personal, Stygium, Kasha, Ruusan, Eralam. -Combat Style: Gerrik's fighting Style is a combination of Jar'Kai, Vapaad and Soresu. He calls it Shell Shock for it;s shell-like defense and shocking offense. It's technical name if Sorva'kai. Family: Mother-Bremona(Dalkon)Thade, Father-Gavik Thade, Brother-Kevin Thade Traumatic Experiences: The destruction of his home by the Sith, his abduction by the Sith, and his training by the Sith. Biography: Born on Neo Geterr near the end of the 100,000 year cycle of the Qixoni Crystal's passage he was born to the leader of Neo Geterr Gavik Thade, and his wife Bremona(Dalkon)Thade, and had a younger brother by the name of Kevin Thade. On the day of his seventh birthday his home was attacked by a Sith armada, a remnant of the old wars against the Jedi. During the attack Gerrik was injured, leaving a massive scar on his back. He was then abducted by the Sith and made to believe that his family had been annihilated, casting him into a state of utter surrender. He was then trained by the Four Horsemen of the Dark Side, Darth Necros, Darth Famine, Darth Guerro, and Darth Pestilence, all of whom he killed after he grew stronger than them, taking into him their spirits which then gained control over him. He was eventually trained by the Lord of Oblivion himself, Darth Apocolyptos, who was also slain by the young, potential Sith at the age of 10, renaming himself Darth Ravage. Gerrik was later redeemed by his brother Kevin at the age of 12, who had managed to escape with his parents on a transport. Regretably his parents died saving Kevin in transit to the Core. Kevin was later trained by the Jedi before he excorsised the Sith spirits from Gerrik. Gerrik was then brought to Coruscant to begin his training as a Jedi, rapidly going through his training and becoming one of the most skilled Jedi the Order had seen in decades, being trained by the majority of the Jedi Council, including Masters Windu, Yoda, Poof, Tiin, and Piell. He became an excellent pilot, warrior, and diplomat. He became a Knight by the age of 20, becoming a master at the age of 25, one of the youngest in history. He was on a mission to visit Neo Geterr when he was intercepted by the Outbound Flight mission. he decided to aid it having a deep understanding of the Unknown Regions. They eventually made it across and into the Milky Way galaxy, accompanied by a small fleet large enough to evacuate a moderately sized planet, like Earth. A superb student, he easily breezed through primary and secondary schools, going on to earn a BA in International Affairs at the University of California and a subsequent degree in International Law from Yale Law School. While at Yale, he was able to get an internship at the United States permanent mission to the UN, and has gone on to become the delegate for the Sixth Committee of the General Assembly. Biography: Tezzik grew up in Mos Esiley, his father was a mechanic and taught him everything he knew. Tezzik helped his father around the shop and turned out to be a great mechanic. When Tezzik was older he joined the crew of a freighter as the ship's mechanic, the only problem was that when he got back to Tatooine he would spend all his money on Pod Races. He got so addicted to gambling he bet more then he had on a race and lost, he couldn't pay the Hutt's their money so they had his sister killed. 	Ok here's one of our Co-GM's JEDIGUNSHIP, with his character, he'll be helping with the Republic Military branch of the RPG. Traumatic Experiences: None that are known except the death of his family. Bio: Admiral Adrian Pulskye is one of the leading military officers in the GAR. As a teenager, his parents were killed off when they had crossed the line with a bounty hunter. When he had heard about their death, he knew that he wanted to avenge them by killing the bounty hunter, causing the militaristic influence to spread throughout his mind. As a young adult, Adrian joined the Grand Army of the Republic as a private, wanting to learn hoiw to strike back at his parents' murderer. It was here that his skill of leadership was noted, as he successfully led a raid of a rebel stronghold when his commanding officer was wounded by blaster fire. When the higher-ups heard about this, they recommended officer training him instead of the enlisted path. As he entered officer training, Adrian impressed his teachers with a knack for knowing how to spread troops out effectively, completing most simulated missions on the first try, including the infamous "First-Time Failure", of which he was the first student to ever complete on his first try. When the CIS came into being, Adrian was the school's first choice to become a General in the GAR fleet, passing over many other students to give him a shot at being the leader he was capable of being. Now, with the Republic army, he has been promoted to Fleet Admiral, giving him control of the Second Fleet. Now, he has a lot of battle experience, and is ready for any challenge. Also darthramza will be taking the position of Co-GM of the Earthling branch of the RPG. 	There are a few but I think I'll wait another day before I open things up for multiple characters.
