IC: Quinlan Vos
Aayla immediately embraced him. She seemed grateful to see a friendly face. She immediately began speaking
"My clones turned on me. They were firing, I was turning to face them, and then I was here..."
So she was taken right before her death. Quinlan had felt her death in the force. It had felt as if his heart had been ripped out. And now, to see her immediately after Tholme's death... He was torn between anguish and happiness. But anguish seemed to take control as Aayla continued.
"Barriss, the others on Felucia! And..."
"Aayla-" Quinlan started to interrupt
"Kit is..."
"I know. He considered motioning his former apprentice inside to sit, then thought better of it as Tholme's body was currently resting on the sleepcouch. Instead he grabbed her shoulder to steady her.
"I know all about it. I escaped Order 66," he said, "But Aayla, you didn't."

"Wait, Luke disappeared?"
"Yes sir. With a strange woman who claimed to be a jedi."
Suddenly a shot rang out and Threepio's golden plating was covered with the blood and innards of Chief Chirpa.
"We're doomed!" The protocol droid cried before being thrown to the ground.
"Get down!"
Han Solo yelled.
Suddenly Captain Solo's twin arrived in a vehicle.
"Get in, get everybody in! The furry ones too!"
"We're saved!" The droid exclaimed, clamoring into the backseat of the vehicle.

Emperor Palpatine
"You knew my father?
Palpatine nodded. "I did indeed. I remember when I first met young Anakin with his Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi on Naboo."
"What was he like?"
Luke asked.
Palpatine smiled. Clearly the boy was looking for stories of the great deeds of his father.
"He was a great jedi and a well respected general during the Clone Wars. He was also an excellent pilot. He was the hero of the Republic." Palpatine replied honestly.

The Batman
The food was unlike anything Batman had tasted. It wasn't bad, but it was clear that these jedi were not Master chefs. They certainly weren't as good as Alfred Pennyworth. Qui-Gon had turned his attention to security. He mentioned droids and asked Anakin for help.
"I'm sorry I have no idea what you can do in that area."
Batman turned to the jedi. "Actually, I'm something of an inventor myself."
He turned to Ben. "I think Master Kenobi can vouch for me."

[AU Tatooine] The Desert That Shall Not Be Named
IC: as
Galen Marek/Starkiller
Mos Espa
Before Galen could fully savor his first real meal, meager as it was, the Force called out to him. Visions of a battle swarmed his head, his rather new Foresight kicking in, which made him clutch his head.
"You may not remember me Palpatine. But I remember you."
"I don't remember vermin. I exterminate them and move on." The figure bared it's yellow teeth, and the vision almost made it a priority that he see this man's face, for he knew him well...
"Palpatine...." Galen Marek said, under gritted teeth, cursing as well. Another familiar face, and the one being in the galaxy whom he now truly hated. For his and Vader's slavery to him. Coupled with him and his apprentice, Vader, this place seemed more like chaos and hell more and more.
The Jedi, however...
"Master Tholme." The name of the revered Master was emblazoned, due to the numerous study sessions he had on the Jedi Archives, having unlimited access to them in his lifetime.
He considered his options. Although he knew the more cursory aspects of Master Tholme's life, he couldn't say he knew the man personally.
However, he wouldn't stand by and let him fall to Palpatine's blade. He needed help, and it appeared he was only option. The irony was not lost on him, though.
It seemed he would be going from destroying Jedi for a Sith, to saving them from said Sith. How death changes a person, once or twice in his case, was indeed astounding.
His mind made up, he quickly made his way torwards the speeder. However, the vision did not seem to be finished, and he remained there on a trance, sitting on the speeder.
With that, the Emperor ran at Tholme full force, his crimson blade colliding with Tholme's emerald saber....
...."You underestimate the power of the dark side jedi!"
Raising his scarlet blade in a two handed grip, he moved at incredible speed with the aid of the force, aiming a blow to bisect the jedi. But the jedi reacted with reflexes far faster than someone his age should have. He blocked the blow immediately and pushed out with his right leg, the mechanical one Palpatine noted, driving Palpatine away from the farm
Letting out a triumphant laugh, Palpatine put away his saber, and motioned with the force. The large homestead before him shook and cracked as the Emperor lifted the large structure off it's foundation and moved it over the jedi. Tholme lay in the sand, his hands raised in an attempt to ward off the structure's impact. With another laugh, the Emperor dropped his arms quickly, slamming the structure down on Tholme.
Galen visibly winced as the vision ended so abruptly as he tried to keep his balance from the effort, the result hidden from him.
The future never seeemd to be all that clear.
"Dammit. I have less time than I thought," with that, he quickly started the engines, zooming out of the settlement, and to where the vision seemed to point out.
A building, similar to all the ones here.
'Don't die on me, Jedi,'
he thought, pushing the speeder to it's limit as he raced torwards across the dunes.
Lar's Homestead
His lone speeder roaring across the Great Mesa Plateau, the solitary homestead was easy to spot out of all the sand, which he was starting to grow tired of. He brought the speeder to a halt a couple meters away.
A familiar feeling of dread seemed to be here. From Palpatine? Yet he was no stranger to places like these. He had felt them before, his own voice replaying in his mind....
"It's just an old hut but....it feels....I sense great darkness here..." Galen longingly touched the shattered door of the hut in front of him. Trying to grasp at memories he could not remember, of whatever life he had.
"...and sadness."
He shaked it off. The more time he spent reflecting on the past, the less time Master Tholme had. He quickly raced torwards the source of the disturbance.
The inescapable smell of smoke wafted torwards his nostrils, a gut-wrenching feeling now present in him.
He hoped he was not too late.
Quickly bringing his lightsaber to his hand, the aqua blade ignited with a
*snap-hiss*
. Bringing his lightsaber to his back in the Sith Shien form, he cautiously walked torwards the homestead.
No sound, or evidence from any battle was heard. It appeared the battle was over a long time before he arrived.
Sorrow lanced his heart. At Master Tholme, who was now probably dead.
Yet, he was forced to put it to the back of his psyche. The battle was over, yet three, unknown presences lingered here.
All three formidable in their own right. One had just joined, coming to. And the other two...he sensed the dark side in them. Almost like himself, in some regard.
He now quietly approached the entrance, trying to look for these three. Attack if need be, if it came to that. He would have to face them individually. As all three at once would be overwhelming. Even for him.
Finally reaching the front of the entrance, he now looked to the people in front of them. His lightsaber still ignited.
Once he did see them, they all looked familiar, in some way or form.
'Masters Secura and Vos,'
he looked over to the Rutian Twi'lek, and the Kiffar, currently in an embrace. He smiled slightly at it, then looked over to the aging man.
Yet he knew, despite, his age, that the Count of Serrenno was one of the strongest Jedi in the Order before it's fall...
...and one of the strongest Sith before it's rise, as Count Dooku, or Darth Tyranus, his Sith name.
He knew all of three of them, once again credited to his voracious study of the archives and old Republic holos.
Yet neither of them knew who he was. All three, to his knowledge, were killed in the Clone Wars or Order 66, before he was even born.
So now it just wasn't Palpatine and Vader. It seemed whatever brought him back from the dead was also the cause for these three.
'Well, time to say hello,'
he thought, as he thumbed off his saber, placing it in his belt.
"I don't suppose you know what happened here?" the question almost seemed unnecessary, as he had a good idea of what the result was, unfortuantely.
Yet he still felt inclined to ask.

[AU Tatooine] The Desert That Shall Not Be Named
IC: Wicket
It had all happened so fast. As Wicket looked horrified at the remains of Chief Chirpa, a screaming long legs snapped him out of his daze,
"Get in, get everybody in! The furry ones too!".
Wicket would have smacked the long legs for calling him furry, but his idea of getting out of there sounded fantastic. Not needing a second incite, Wicket got on his feet and jumped inside the vehicle, [Move it long legs!], he shouted just as the Golden droid positioned himself in the backseat. They had to get out of there before anything worse happened. Too bad he wasn’t driving though.
Eyeing the man with the wheel in his hand, Wicket started forming a plan on how to remove him and drive this vehicle himself.

IC: Siri
As soon as she hopped into the vehicle, Daala started it up and they were moving fast thru the lonely streets. It wasn’t much of a relief, but at least the wind blowing her hair felt better, even if it was only hot wind. “How can people live in this place”, she wondered to herself.
Daala’s words snapped Siri out of her thoughts,
"Don't worry, I won't be staying around Han any longer then I can stomach it. I barely lasted as long as I did because of you and those worth being around. Maybe we could both blast out with some worthwhile added weight."
Letting out a small chuckle, Siri remarked, “I’ll pass on that. Somehow worthwhile weight and men don’t go together well”, she added with an evil smirk on her face, “Specially with Solo around, although I’m sure he would disagree wholeheartedly”. Letting out a laugh, Siri couldn’t avoid shaking her head. “That Han is something, isn’t he? At least he provides amusement when he’s not annoying me”, she commented.

IC: Ben Kenobi
Everyone seemed to be eating the food without much complaint, and although it all appeared quiet, Ben knew better. Everyone had their own worries, specially his Master. But Ben wasn’t going to push. There was still much he had to discuss with Qui-Gon, but he would wait until he had a chance to deal with the information he already knew.
After a while, Qui-Gon snapped out of his thoughts and spoke,
“Ben, you’ve been here before. Places like this usually have some type of security. Do you know where it is, perhaps? I think we ought to check it out and see if we can get it to work for us.”
He cleared his throat.
“I guess I should say you ought to check it out, as we both know anything mechanic is more your expertise than mine.”
Letting out a smile, Ben lifted an eyebrow. He remembered Qui-Gon’s experiences with electronics, and that was something neither of them wanted to experience again.
At that moment, Batman spoke up aswell,
"Actually, I'm something of an inventor myself."
Turning to Ben, he continued
"I think Master Kenobi can vouch for me."
Nodding Ben stood up, “Indeed, although I don’t know how much of our technology you might be familiar with Batman, but you’re more than welcome to help us out.” Looking around, Ben pointed towards one of the passages nearby, “The Hutts had security, they were gangsters after all, and a place like this would be filled with cameras. If my memory works right, there should be a room that way worth checking out, I remember Jabba’s guards coming in and out of there a lot”, he added.
Picking up his plate and taking it to the kitchen, Ben walked back towards the group, “Shall we?”, he asked. Reaching out with the Force, Ben started walking, making his way thru the halls. They were indeed alone, but he was alert just in case. If this was the work of the nebulans, Ben was sure anything could happen at any moment.
“We might be alone, but the stench still remains”, he thought to himself. Turning to Batman while covering his nose, he added. “I must warn you though, Hutts aren’t exactly known for their hygiene”. Pressing on, Ben tried to get as far away from this hall as possible. After a few more passageways, he finally saw the door he was looking for, “I think we’re here”, he exclaimed. Using the keypad, Ben realized the door wasn’t even locked. “This is most bizarre indeed”, he mumbled. Opening the door, he made his way inside the room, where several monitors were. “Let’s hope they work”, he added, and started fidgeting around with them.

[AU Tatooine] The Desert That Shall Not Be Named
IC: Han Solo
Streets, Mos Eisley, Tatooine
From this angle, Han was able to get a better view of the surrounding area and the empty street beyond. Again, there was nothing. The coast was clear. Either their assailant had been scared off or he was in hiding, lining up his next target. In either case, Han wasn't about to allow himself to relax just yet.
"Wait, don't do that!"
Jones hissed from somewhere behind him, obviously referring to his exposed position.
Placing his free hand on the side of the speeder, Han craned his neck around and scowled at the other man. "Relax, will ya?" he admonished with a sneer. "I've done this plenty of times before. I know what I'm doing."
Jones still didn't look convinced and without another word, proceeded to bound into the open cockpit of the speeder head first. Han watched in amusement as the other man comically contorted his body into the small space while trying to refrain from exposing himself to the open air and possibly their gunman. This guy was definitely a rare breed and when he finally did manage to get himself situated, Han just simply shook his head with indignation.
"Get in, get everybody in! The furry ones too!"
Jones shouted in a hushed whisper, indicating both Threepio and the furry ankle-biters running around at their feet.
"Wai--what?" he sputtered, snapping his head away from the speeder to look upon the creatures milling around their position. He might have been used to traveling around with a Wookiee, but pint sized teddy bears was something completely different. At least with a Wookiee, you could take them seriously. "You've got to be kidding me..." he muttered under his breath as he wiped a trail of sweat from his brow.
"Everyone's leaving together! Hurry, hurry!"
"Alright, alright! Don't get your shorts in a knot..." Han ground his teeth together and started to rise to his feet. Even as he glanced over at the first teddy bear, he couldn't help but think of how ridiculous this situation truly was. Was he still dreaming inside his carbonite prison or was he on some drug induced nightmare while Jabba sat back at a distance taunting him? He was actually sorta hoping for the former, but before he could attempt to prove it, the teddy bear he was focusing on leaped into the air and easily cleared the side of the speeder to settle in the seat beside Jones.
Han blinked, one corner of his mouth lifting up in an incredulous smirk. "Well, that was easy." Turning on his heel, Han didn't waste any time as he came up behind Threepio, who was struggling to haul himself over the side. "Alright, Goldenrod, you're next!" He stooped down and taking hold of either side of the droid's frame, hoisted him up over the side with a grunt before depositing him into the backseat.
"Packing on some weight there, huh?" he muttered jokingly as he clambered around to the other side of the speeder. "You need to really cut back on those oil baths." Throwing his blaster over ahead of him to land on the backseat beside Threepio, Han took hold of the side for leverage and prepared to leap into the vehicle when a second blaster shot rang out.
A searing pain blossomed from his right side and he heard himself release an agonizing scream before he toppled forward and literally fell into the back of the speeder. He couldn't tell what happened next, but he sure hoped Jones knew what the hell he was doing.

[AU Tatooine] The Desert That Shall Not Be Named
IC: Aayla Secura, Count Dooku
Aayla stared into the face of her former Master as he took her by one shoulder.
"I know all about it. I escaped Order 66,"
he said,
"But Aayla, you didn't."
"Order Sixty-Six? I... I don't understand." She looked at him, confused. "What do you mean, I didn't escape?" Using his name, as she'd finally learned to since becoming a Master herself, she asked, "Quinlan, what
happened
?"
Then, her skin paled to an almost pastel blue as she looked past him. "You... you're
dead
..." Aayla stared incredulously at Dooku.
***
"I was, yes. This is a strange place, Master Secura." Dooku shrugged. "I assure you, however, that I mean you no harm."
***
The Force saw no lie in him. Of course, he may have been clouding it, but Aayla was not certain of this. If a dead man could return to life, it was just as possible that he might be telling the truth when he did so.
Then, another man approached, whose Force presence was every bit as complicated as the peculiar sense she'd picked up from Dooku.
"I don't suppose you know what happened here?"
"I... No. I don't even know what's happened to
me
," Aayla admitted.
***
"I remained near here. I do indeed have some knowledge of the events," Dooku noted. "However, I would prefer to delay such an explanation until Master Vos can clarify matters for our most recent arrival."
No sense shocking Aayla with Tholme's death until after the woman had been given some sense of this place.

Aayla seemed so frightened and confused. He was reminded of the young girl he had raised so many years ago. But now, she was a woman and a jedi knight. He would treat her as such and not slip into the same berating that Tholme seemed to do far too much.
"Order Sixty-Six? I... I don't understand. What do you mean, I didn't escape? Quinlan, what happened?"
"Order 66 was an order by Palpatine that stated that jedi had become traitors to the republic and were to be eliminated." Quinlan stated matter of factly, "Most of the order was killed. You were killed. Or you would have been in a few more moments. It appears that you've been transported to this planet with the rest of us."
He tried to pick his words carefully so not to fully overload her. "This place is both a blessing and a curse. Thus far, we've been fortunate to avoid harm. Except..." He trailed off and looked towards the inside of the homestead where Tholme's body lay inside.
"This place can be dangerous. It is filled with beings from all over the galaxy from different places in time. We don't know how we have come to be here."
Aayla was still absorbing this when she finally caught sight of Dooku.
"You... you're dead...
Before Quinlan could explain, Dooku said
"I was, yes. This is a strange place, Master Secura. I assure you, however, that I mean you no harm."
Dooku's presence in the force radiated the truth.
Before Quinlan could further explain things, a stranger approached them, lightsaber ignited. Quinlan could feel the faint taint of the darkside on him. This young man had overcome it and he glowed brightly for someone with such a taint. He was a powerful person. But whose side was he on.
"I don't suppose you know what happened here?"
"A battle." Quinlan stated just as Aayla said
"I... No. I don't even know what's happened to me"
Dooku spoke up
"I remained near here. I do indeed have some knowledge of the events. However, I would prefer to delay such an explanation until Master Vos can clarify matters for our most recent arrival."
Quinlan surveyed the other man and said "I am Jedi Master Quinlan Vos. This is Jedi Knight Aayla Secura and Jedi Master Dooku. Whom am I addressing?"

IC Indiana Jones:
Just before performing his own foolhardy maneuver, Indy had admonished Solo about exposing himself to the shooter, even slightly. The Captain took issue with this. He said,
"Relax, will ya? I've done this plenty of times before. I know what I'm doing."
Right after the engine started purring, he heard Solo sputter,
"Wai--what?"
Perhaps he was still shocked at Indy’s utter stupidity in trying that stunt.
I know I am.
“You've got to be kidding me..."
From the corner of his eye, Indy saw a flash of gold. “We're saved!" the robot shouted as it tried to get into the back seat across from Indy. One of the bipeds had leapt onto the front seat beside Indy, and the other could not be far behind, but where was Solo? The archaeologist tried to crane his neck to the right without moving his upper body, so as to present a smaller target, and was thus able to see Solo coming up behind the robot.
"Alright, Goldenrod, you're next!"
He was attempting to lift the robot into the vehicle, and Indy was impressed; that had to be a heavy frame. As if to demonstrate this, Solo said,
"Packing on some weight there, huh? You need to really cut back on those oil baths."
Indy knew the robot was aboard when the vehicle dipped slightly from the added weight.
Indy’s back began to itch as he imagined the target painted there getting bigger and bigger. He wanted to scream at Solo to hurry up, but knew the man was moving as fast as he could. He wouldn't want to get shot, either.
By this time, Indy had craned his neck the other way and saw the other man begin to hoist himself into the car's back seat. As soon as he was aboard, the vehicle would take off like a rabbit. That was when Solo seemed to crumple into the car, and a split second later, Indy heard the noise that told him they better get out of here, now. The shooter had been teasing them, after all.
They didn’t get very far. A minute or so later, Indy felt disorientated as the front of the vehicle seemed to be getting ever closer to the ground, and he instantly realized that the back had been lifted almost vertically. He didn’t even have time to correct their course before a giant seemed to hammer at them from behind, and all control was formally lost. Indy felt the vehicle turning under him as if it were a turtle being rolled onto its back. Milliseconds later, the noise of the explosion reached his ears, and he only had time to think
Grenades?
before hearing was wiped away.
He was tossed out of the vehicle and rolled for several meters. Somewhere along the endless journey, he felt something snap, and cried out as fire seemed to engulf his left side. As if from outside himself, the Professor intoned,
That shoulder’s definitely dislocated, and if you’re lucky, you only broke one or two bones.
He swallowed some coppery liquid.
Bit your tongue.
The ringing in his ears was constant, and vertigo prevented him from rising.
Possible concussion.
He hoped the others had not become fatalities due to the wreck, but he was in no shape to help any of them, even if he knew where they were. He didn’t even know where
he
had ended up; it was as if he were surrounded by a perpetual fog.
Gradually, he came back to himself enough as to become aware that somebody, or some
thing,
was dragging him feet first through the sand, none too gently. Since he was in too much pain to move his arms, and too weak to do so even had he been able to, he had to blink several times to clear just a little amount of the blood that covered his eyes.
Big gash in your head.
He was able to glean that he was not being dragged by an animal, but the lean, angular shadow before him revealed no features to his weakening vision. He knew he was seconds from passing out and tried to struggle, but every movement brought fresh pain. Suddenly, he was lifted violently off the ground and tossed onto a cold metallic surface, awakening the pain all over again. His stomach contents erupted from his throat in one massive gush as the floor vibrated beneath him. Even through the agony, the Professor could tell him that he was in a transport in motion.
Then, he could wonder at his kidnapping no more, as blessed unconsciousness took him.

IC Luke Skywalker:
Dyas answered Luke’s question about whether the other man knew his father with no hesitation.
"I did indeed. I remember when I first met young Anakin with his Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi on Naboo."
Luke’s delight when he heard that name was palpable, but he said nothing, allowing the other man to continue.
"He was a great jedi and a well respected general during the Clone Wars. He was also an excellent pilot. He was the hero of the Republic."
There were so many questions that Luke wanted to ask: what kind of food did Anakin like, how did he wear his hair, what kind of holos did he watch? But where to start? He had noticed the man’s use of the past tense, so there was an obvious next question. “Do you know what happened to him?” Maybe Dyas could provide a different perspective on Vader’s betrayal, one slightly more objective than Ben's own, since this Master would presumably not have had so personal a relationship with both men involved in the tragedy.
In that way Luke might begin to understand the betrayal, and even come to terms with all it had taken from him, if such were even possible. He had to try though, for Ben. And for Anakin. If he were going to honor the memories of these fallen Jedi, he had to behave as they would have.

"I remained near here. I do indeed have some knowledge of the events," Dooku noted. "However, I would prefer to delay such an explanation until Master Vos can clarify matters for our most recent arrival."
However, before he could respond to Master Dooku, he noticed Vos speak up.
"A battle."
Galen nodded. "I thought as much."
He looked over to Masters Vos and Dooku. All three of them almost seemed to have similar Force signatures. Although Dooku's was slightly more in the Dark, they each had both sides of the Force in them.
He was still plagued with the uncertainity of just what was going on. Perhaps these three knew?
He decided he'd ask them later. Right know, there were other questions that needed answering. More immediate.
"I am Jedi Master Quinlan Vos. This is Jedi Knight Aayla Secura and Jedi Master Dooku. Whom am I addressing?"
He nodded, not surprised at any of their names, having known them before hand.
"I'm Galen Marek." He responded, still looking at the smoking building. The name still felt a little strange, but that was soon to pass, as he would rather use it than
'Starkiller'
, Vader's name for him. There was no honorific he had. He had rejected the Sith, but techinically he was no Jedi, either, despite his time with Kota.
He felt tempted to ask them if they knew the hardboiled Jedi General, but, once again, he put it off for later.
His atetention wa snow focused on the building. Even though he knew what was inside was something he would not like..
..yet he had to make sure.
"I don't wish to intrude on what your doing, but mind if I look around?"

[AU Tatooine] The Desert That Shall Not Be Named
IC: Qui-Gon Jinn
~Jabba’s stronghold~
Qui-Gon followed Ben with the others, looking up occasionally at the domed ceilings above him, or peering into yet another rounded alcove they passed. Strange sculptures adorned walls and ceilings alike. There were stairs, from a few steps to those winding out of sight, in the strangest places. A foul stench sometimes wafted up when they turned a corner or passed a passageway.
And everything was covered in sand.
The stench of death and decay became particularly bad in one hallway they traveled through.
“I must warn you though, Hutts aren’t exactly known for their hygiene,”
Ben said, keeping his nose covered. Qui-Gon smiled at the understatement, so very Obi-Wan. After a few more passageways, Ben exclaimed,
“I think we’re here”, and took them through an unlocked door, mumbling, “This is most bizarre indeed.”
Qui-Gon ignored the statement. Everything had been bizarre to him from the moment he had found himself kneeling in the sand of Tatooine, instead of on the balcony in the Jedi temple. He vaguely wondered if he would ever see Coruscant again, or the Jedi temple. The friends he had made, not only among the Jedi, but on numerous worlds. His own Obi-Wan, his young padawan.
He followed the others into the room and looked around. He sighed when he saw the monitors. Definitely not his type of thing.
“Let’s hope they work”,
Ben said and started fidgeting around with them. Qui-Gon watched him work on them for a little while, before he shook his head in resignation.
“I’m no good here, so I think I’ll take a look through the rest of the palace,” he told them. “See if there is anything else useful.”

Um, wow...lol. Yea, Spiff...I have no clue what just happened so I'll leave that be for now.
Han was shot anyway, so I'll just leave him lying there unconscious until someone comes along.
IC: Han "Gramps" Solo
Building, Mos Eisley, Tatooine
Whiskey. That did sound like a good idea given the circumstances, but it was still early and thus, the smile faded from his face as Pops wandered off down the hall. He watched the retreating back of the other Solo for a moment before easing himself forward to follow him. "I doubt you're gonna find anything worthwhile on this dust ball. We'll be better off hitting up the local cantina."
Pausing in the doorframe that led into the kitchenette, Han crossed his arms over his chest and glanced beyond Pops to study the landscape outside the window. It already appeared to be midday and the suns were bearing down on the buildings, the heat rising into the air in hazy waves that were easily visible. That brought a noticeable frown to his features as he flicked his eyes away from the window to study Pops' movements. He knew they couldn't stay in this little shack forever, but then again, he didn't feel like traversing across the spaceport in this heat. They could wait for nightfall but by then, it might be too late.
"So, what's our situation?" he asked nonchalantly, still resting casually against the door. "We got anything to drink or do we have to head out into that oven?"

[AU Tatooine] The Desert That Shall Not Be Named
IC:
Emperor Palpatine
"Do you know what happened to him?"
Palpatine was silent for a moment. On the one hand he could lie and claim his father was killed by Vader, which was more or less true. Or he could crush the boys fondest dreams of his father the hero and tell him that he is Vader the jedi slayer.
Noticing that he had been too silent, Palpatine spoke up.
"In my time..Anakin was still alive. I gathered by the way you spoke that he is no longer alive. I apologize. I do not know what happened to him."
It was straining the truth, but in truth, Palpatine really didn't know what happened to
Anakin Skywalker
but he certainly knew all about Darth Vader. It was a fine line to walk and he would not lie to this boy. He was too perceptive. If he had to, he would reveal the truth about Vader in order to gain the boy's trust. He spoke up again
"I also gather from your earlier response that you recently lost your Master. May I ask who it was and how he or she died? It is proper to mourn for a fellow jedi and I seem to be very out of touch with what has happened. It feels as if I were frozen and then awakened years later"
Inwardly, Palpatine smiled. For that was exactly what had happened to the real Sifo Dyas.

IC: Deena Shan
Streets of Mos Eisley
Deena sighed, and stood up from her seating position. "Wonder if Han and the others are lookin' for me. Maybe I shouldn't have left them, huh?"
Ronin made a low bison-like sound.
"Yeah. Hope they're all right. Maybe we should go find them. C'mon, Ronin! I bet they'll be surprised to see you." Before Deena began to walk, Ronin stopped her with his sound, as if telling her to wait. He then came by her side, and snorted.
It took the young woman a few moments to figure out what he meant. Until she had an awe expression on her face. "Really? I can ride on you?"
Ronin raised his head, and let out his bison-like sound.
Deena smiled. "Wow!" And with that, she carefully climbed on him, and got on top of his back. She felt like she was looking down at everything. "Cool... Okay, Ronin. Let's go!"
The two finally moved, but usually in his slow Bantha pace. Deena didn't care though. As long as she was with Ronin, and they could find Han and the others, things would be all right. Holding on to his horns, Deena yelled, "Whooo whoo!!"

OCC: r u trying to kill Wicket, spiff?!
i think u sensed Wicket aiming at Indy, darn! i'll move faster next time
Wicket
Wicket wanted that wheel more than anything. He wanted once again to pilot as fast as he knew could, and only the man with the strange hat stood in his way. At that very moment, as if the gods had disapproved of his thoughts, another loud explosion rocked the speeder, and before he could react, he found himself head first into the ground.
The dust covered everything (and the injury to his head didnt help much either). The poor little ewok was groaning in pain [By the Gods Logray, am i dead!?], he shouted, hoping his trusted fellow ewok would respond. As the dust started to settle, he saw a figure dragging something away from the scene... no, it was someone. He had no idea who it was, but it seemed like trouble to Wicket. [Nebulans!], he shouted.
It was at that moment he noticed the other long legs on the ground up ahead unconscious and bleeding. Scared out of his mind that another attack was coming soon, Wicket ignored the pain on his arm and crawled towards the man. [Get up, they're taking him away!], he screamed as loud as he could, hoping to wake him up in time. [Help!], he screamed.

IC Darth Vader:
Starkiller probably tried to respond to me, perhaps with a witty rejoinder, but I would never know because I had already turned my attention away from him as my speeder left the arena behind. Even as we had been speaking, I sensed an opportunity elsewhere.
It did not take me very long to get to my destination, especially since I was not worried about the strains I put upon the vehicle by using the Force to push it to speeds beyond which it was intended to function. I could always pick up another one. It was well constructed however, and did not fall apart around me.
I passed through the outskirts of the settlement known as Mos Eisley, getting ever closer. Then, just around the corner, was my target.
I have you now!
My speeder revved out from behind a building, cutting in front of the other speeder’s path. I leapt off and landed right in front of it, speaking to the Imperial officer behind the wheel, Tarkin’s pet. “You have done well to keep the Jedi occupied until I could arrive, Admiral. Now, go do what has been assigned of you.” I ignited my saber. “I’ll take care of this one.”
