Hell why not?
Not only would it be on wiki, but I betcha TF.N would link it therefore attracting more attention to our little corner in the galaxy.
Plus rather than it just being the RPF area it could just be a wiki on the Jedi Council forums. So there will be TONS of editors for it that'll include the RPFs, the FanFics, and whatever else that can be considered wiki material.
