I tried one of those test thingys on there, but the picture I used was too big. How do I scale it down to wiki-size?

DVC, just do what I did and copy the one off Imp's and fiddle with the colors until you find ones you like.

The only way I know how to do it is by using Photoshop.
Unless you have that, you can toss the image to me and I'll scale it for you if you want.
