Does anyone know the governmant style of the kallesh? you know general grevious's race.

Tribal, I believe. I don't think they had what could be called a central "government".

You may have already have looked, but check the Wookieepedia page.  If you look at the right side where it says Famous people, I believe one of them is still alive because it says Died: ? ABY.

Actually, I believe that just means that the date of death is uncertain, but the character is still known to be dead.
