Congrats there Ekim! Be glad you're getting it made! I'm doing it by hand as we do not have a sewing machine. Such a pain but I just like to think it makes it all more interesting...Though a long process...ha ha

A good idea, though I hope you bring an operator with it, because my heavy equipment license limits my use of high velocity sharp objects to a few firearms and big edged weapons. I stay away from needles, especially sharp ones that penetrate clothing. Are you gonna be there Roohoo? A few of your costume pieces (helmets, breastplates, gauntlets, and such) would be really inspiriational. We would all benefit from you bringing your laptop and pictures of props- I would enjoy a production layout of whatever you wanted to bring. I'll even set up as many tables as you want to show off your designs. You get pizza comped (whahooo) if you bring YOUR toys to show and tell ya know...

Forget the operator, normally I sit before the machine and pass my hand over it a few times and then the force does all the work which allows me to contemplate future galactic events.
I will try and pack my Bronco with whatever will fit- but be assured there will be a fair amount of costume goodies to gaze upon and a few additional items. It shall be a surprise.
I have one request however- Can a being bring a decent music box so I may introduce everyone to some kick ass sound track music?
“Warning” Please remain calm and open-minded. This will not be your typical STAR WARS music you have heard.
Does anyone have an idea of what the head count will be?

They are a music group out of Germany. Known for being in movies here in the states. Like XXX, Blade, Blade II...They style themselves as Dance/Rock with a bit of Techno.

-We'll have some extra tables set-up just for you to fill up with goodies. There are also two rooms off to the side of the main room we'll be in. These are darker, with low lighting, just in case you wanna set a darker, spooky mood (I'll leave that up to you).
-whatever music you want is fine, as long as it is not too loud: the room we are in is at the West end of the building, which is in a close knit residential neighborhood. There are plenty of power outlets, and we can close the doors too. If the St. Thomas Indian church is done with the sanctuary and/or fellowship hall, we might be able to set-up a sound/movie display in there. Do you want me to have the pastor set-up the video projector so you can show some video on the main screen?
The head count so far sounds like 10, not counting kids (probably gotta bring mine). It will probably be closer to 15+, if we keep getting the word out to club members.

count us 3 in also. I need to talk to the costume lady as my Jocasta Nu costume as it is a variation on the jedi robes and top. I have an place to get the skirt and then just the accessories. I am starting to get excited. Earl is considering going with a different color flight suit as the orange one is proving to be elusive. He is considering going dark green. I have the pattern for the Jedi top and robe if the seamstress needs it but by looking at what you have shown, she has the same patterns. I never thought I would be excited about dressing up.
