Thought I'd poke in here and see how everyone is doing on their costumes.
I almost have an Imperial Officers uniform done, and I just sent away for a Darth Maul one. I just need to find some cool boots that will work for the Imp. and DM also I still want to make a ROTJ Luke.

I just have to find someone to make the ROTJ one, that's the one I want to be the best of all them. I'm using a sweat shop in singapore for the DM one, hopefully it will be of good quality(then again you get what you pay for right?).

JediMaster_Eowyn - you were interested in a belt tutorial. Here is one that I found helpful. I made a few modifications to my belt, for example, instead of using a belt buckle in the back, I used snaps.

Okay, I'm having boot issues.
I need boots with at least a 22 inch calf, and probably size 14, since my feet run wide. Best thing I can find are black wide boots that are like 21 inches... and those are sold out.

Just a reminder everyone about the costume shop shindig Saturday March 1st, between 10AM and 5:PM (tentative). This event will be in my church hall ("the Fireside Room") at 41st and E.
Bring $5 for local pizza run, your costume(s)- finished and unfinished. We will work on existing ideas, build on new ones, and more. See March 1st costume meeting post.
