Alright Rogues: Please report in with flight plan confirmations (if you have everything you need for Friday's mission to RMH). I will try and arrive as close to 4:PM as possible. It sounds like Rogues 28, 32, and 26 will also rendezvous between 4-5.
I will be there in costume, with Rogue 9.5 in polo.
I just confirmed with RMH that we WILL have a designated costume changing area.
I am bringing one very cool 5 foot circular table with our club logo on it (soooo cool- Thx Rogue 13!), one 3 X 6 foot table, and a 2 X 4 foot table.
Please report your status with necessary items, and if you need help acquiring or assembling any materials. Oh, and please advise if I'm forgetting anything...

I have 2 - 6 foot long tables I will bring and the table cloths that I have. LDV needs to bring the SVRF table cloth and candy container. I have the printed supplies and bags needed.
We need the following:
crayons and scissors - suppose to be brought by JD
candy - who can buy and bring?? I have the individual bubble gums but we might want something different.
Shirts - I will have your shirt at the event and you can change in the dressing area when you arrive. - This is if you ordered a polo shirt. 
Let me know if I am missing anything?
Marric - machismo for kids - what a waste. At least save it for dinner or drinks afterwards.

Zam13 and DarthDikum will be there between 5 and 5:30. I will be there around the same time. Coming directly from work.
Zam13 has been working on her costume...will wear what she has so far. DD will wear his new polo. I will also be in polo.

 ALERT Rogues: the National Weather Service predicts Friday to be mostly sunny daylight hours with a high of 74, and evening will be mostly clear with a low of 47. 
I will bring a couple bags of candy, at least 100 pieces (probably more like 200).
I just tried my costume on and it looks cool, even without a robe- I'll get one later perhaps. I also want double sabers, but I can wait. I dig the green theme. We gonna have fun!

No worries, I'll put the crayons and scissors in the car today. I'll bring some candy, too -- I'll pick up about 100 pieces of something. Between that, whatever Ekim brings and the bubblegum, I'd think we'll be ok, right?

Alright Rogues: last minute SIT-REP to assure preparedness. Sounds like we are ALL-GO for tomorrow's mission with 5-9 Rogues reporting-in for various arrival times. The lead person for this event on site is Ronald McDonald House event coordinator Rhonda. The RMH leader is Lois. They will both be present, and expecting us. We will set-up base camp, suit-up, and start entertaining guests a little before 6:PM. I hope to see some Rebel Legionaires on site- we must welcome them aboard and put them to work. Apparently they have a dashing new Captain, so be on your best behavior. The Force is with us, Rogues...
