I'm grateful that as a veggie, I have successfully killed (or at least hit!) more deer than
all
of my friends who went hunting this weekend. It helps prove my point

I'm greatful for the opportunity I have to go back to school this month!
And for a car that I love!
And for my new job that I love!
And for the chance I'll finally have to take Melanie out!
And I'm greatful for a friend who got a girls number for me tonight!

Random illnesses that cause you to lose those ten pounds you gained when you started college/broke up with your ex.
The human ability to find positive aspects in negative situations- for instance . . . Brain lesions! Loss of function allowing for a better understanding of which specific areas of the brain correlate with cognitive functions.
My nephew and the way he mispronounces my name.
Giant hermit crabs.
The completely unexpected cleansing of the SO's parents downstairs bathroom that occured by his hands with me in mind (he put soap and a hand towel in there, wahoo!)

That is why you get a flu shot.
I am grateful for thanksgiving and the break I get from school. And the trip I might take to seattle if someone says he wants me to go.

I blame society for my skewed priorities. (Hey, they say the first step is admitting you have a problem . . . I figure that if I admit that I have one I'm far ahead of many people and may as well stop there, eh?)
Today, I'm thankful for "oil painting medium."
Ooh, and for the activity today- I'm excited to meet you guys.
