Some parks that are somewhat near the drive in are Granger Park and West Valley Park. They both have an area that we can get together for a meal before the movie.
I know there's a smaller park off of 3200 s but I don't remember the name of it.
Any parks in mind?
I'm not sure how crowded the parks are going to be because that's also the weekend of Deathfest so people might be parking for the fireworks show.

Deathfest? What the hell?
There's also Taylorsvile Park on 4700 S and Redwood. It's not to far to the drive in from there, for those that are going.

Sorry it's west fest. Someone usually ends up dead there every year anyway so that's how it got it's name. Course that all happened when it was at Granger Park.
oh I forgot about Taylorsville park.

Let's do Taylorsville Park, umm... I don't know the address off the top of my head but it's on 2700 West and just about 5600 South in Taylorsville.
What time should we meet? And do you want to decide on what movie to watch now or when we get to the park?

I forgot, there's a rec park and the actual park. I say we meet at Taylorsville Park, there's alot of shade so we should be good for that. I can bring the radio for the movie. Now do we want to do a BBQ or just bring your own food and sit and eat with everyone?
So can I get a count of how many people are planning on attending?

I'll be there.
How about instead of BBQ or potluck, we just get KFC. I've been informed that there's a KFC near the park. That way we would have less food preparation to deal with. If not that, there's always pizza.

I think 6 or 7 would be good, maybe 6 that way it gives us more daylight to play.

Yes. And trust me, I'm only speaking as an audience member. I couldn't shoot a film half as good as any of the films seen here. But as a member of their future ticket-buying audience, I'm the one that they have to impress.
