I would like to notify you that I'm now accepting payment for the following Star Wars Celebration 4 prints. Please keep in mind that this “offer” is only for those not attending C4! If you are attending the show, contact the respective artist to “reserve” your print, so that you can pick it up yourself—this service is being offered to those who are not attending the show, but want the print(s), and need someone to get them for you. Here’s the list:

*Please note that Mark will be adding a remarque –an original sketch—for an additional $25.00; thus if you decide that you would like the sketch as well, please add $25.00 to the quoted price for a grand total of $75.00 for the print.

**For those of you who have reserved a print via Tom Hodges—and stated that I, J. J. Torres, would be your “agent” at C4—your price will be $25.00.

It should be noted that I will be accepting payment for prints from Phil Noto and Tommy Lee Edwards as well—I’m just waiting to hear from them, and as soon as I do, I will take payment for their prints as well—please be patient, I will be posting another message with respect to these two artist and their prints in the near future.

The specifics are as follows:

1.) Select the prints you would like from those listed—get a total
2.) Add 8.250% for local sales tax
3.) Add $5.00 to cover my cost in shipping them back to my home
4.) Add 2.9% + $0.30 to cover the cost of Paypal’s fees

Please note that your calculations should be done in the order listed—the Paypal fees should be the last figure in your calculations! Why? Because if you do not take into account the previous expenditures, the money you send me will be off by a few cents. Now normally, such an oversight might prove to be inconsequential at best, but if such a circumstance were to occur on a wide scale—well then, I would have to make-up the difference, and this might prove to be “bad” to say the least. Please post all the information requested—and in the order specified in the “MESSAGE SECTION” of the Paypal payment—BE SURE TO LIST THE ARTIST PRINT(S) AND THE PRICE(S) FOLLWED BY THE SALES TAX, THE $5.00 HANDLING FEE, AND PAYPAL’S FEES. This way, you and I can verify that everything is included and if the total comes up short or too much, you and I have a record of the original math and hopefully, can remedy the matter in a fashion that is expedient and less cumbersome for us all.

Now, please take note that I have not listed a rate for shipping and handling and insurance (I highly recommend insurance—trust me, it is not overrated), nor the price for the shipping tube; upon my return from Los Angeles, I will go to the post office and get a quote for your parcel: shipping tube, shipping and handling, and insurance (if so desired—again, I highly recommend that you opt for the insurance)—I will then email you and ask you to Paypal the money needed to send off your print(s). Again you will need to cover the Paypal fees. If you prefer Fed-Ex or UPS—that’s fine with me so long as you cover the costs involved.

ALL PRINTS WILL BE SHIPPED OFF BY WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13TH

For those of you attending Heroes in Charlotte, you are in luck! I will be attending the show myself and will—if you are willing to add an extra $5.00 to item #3 (send $10.00 instead of $5.00)—take your print(s) to the show! Now please keep in mind that this is just an option, and if you would rather I ship out the print(s) to you, I will gladly do so.

Please be aware that some artists are limiting the number of prints being sold to non-attendees—those not going to Star Wars Celebration 4. The following artist have informed me that they will only be accepting a limited number of orders:

·Adam Hughes – only 100 will be made available to the Hughes-Fans Yahoo Group membership.

·Mark Brooks – only 100 will be made available to the Mark-Brooks-Fans Yahoo Group membership.

Finally, my paypal account information—you can send your payment to whitesun@stx.rr.com. Before anyone asks—Whitesun is a Star Wars name—Aunt Beru—remember, her maiden name was Whitesun. Man, I knew I should have gone with Han Solo, but that just would’ve opened up a whole other can of worms. Especially with the whole Han Shoots First sentiment. LOL.

If you have any questions please post them on the Yahoo Boards—either Adam’s, Mark’s, Allison’s, Cat’s and/or Tom’s groups. I’ll do my best to address your questions as quickly as possible. Oh, one more thing, again, please state what prints you are buying and if you are opting for my HEROES CON delivery offer when you send your Paypal payment. If you want other artist’s prints—I’ll be happy to pick those up for you—but you will need confirm the prices and notify me of “your special requests” when you send your payment. You must also state that the artist has agreed to allow me to pick-up the print(s) for you.

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to alert all of you who are not attending C4, but want a copy of Adam's print that "the store" closes in approximately 24 hours(midnight May 10th). If you want one--you have until midnight tomorrow (Pacific) to get your order in. Please keep in mind that I'm also taking orders for Mark Brooks, Tommy Lee Edwards, Allison Sohn, Grant Gould, Cat Staggs, and Tom Hodges as well.
