	Name: Um...uh...Zero. Yeah.... Location: Never in one place for too long. Either in Sacremento, San Jose, or San Francisco. Depends on my schedule. Age: It varies from year to year. Bio: I am some guy who goes to college. I enjoy eating, sleeping, breathing, going to the bathroom, intaking fluids (no, not that kind), being self-aware, blinking, scratching, and yawning. I got into sci-fi because of a game called Star Fox. I started watching Star Trek and Star Wars as a result. It may sound biased, but I have concluded from my experiences that Star Wars people are a lot more normal than Star Trek people. I also like anime, but I am not the stereotypical rabid otaku who would kill anyone who disliked his favorite series with a Katana while having delusions of grandeur of being a ninja. 	Hey everyone, I just moved to the bayarea from Housto Tx aweek ago. Name: Nick AGE: 25 Location: Concord SW related intrest: I love everything!!! I collect anything and everything, but right now Im working on all the new toys. I have a really big collection, but since I just moved here all my stuff is in a storage unite so that sucks and alot of stuff got messed up in shipping. Non SW intrest: Im into brewing beer, watching foot and Rock N Roll..(the hard stuff) I left my girlfriend of four years and my two year old pug Stuey back in houston, until our new business takes off. And one more thing, I agree with Zero, Starwars fans on average are alot more "normal" then star trek fans. So I get all upity when I get referred to as a startrek fan.

	This is my first time posting, so hopefully I'll get things right... Name: Brent in RL, SW name is Skatou-Laki Age: 28 Location: Currently Fremont, CA SW Related Interests: COLLECTING ( http://www.rebelscum.com/c-Spotswood.asp ), SW related movies and fan films, books/novels, SW music and similar sounding music, to name a few. Non-SW Related Interests: Life outside Star Wars?...Well if I have to choose something else I also like other sci-fi like The Fifth Element and Firefly/Serenity, Pirate stuff is cool, and specific style horror movies (Dog Soldiers, Bubbah Ho-tep...) and authors like Laurel K. Hamilton. How did you get started on SW: My earliest memory was seeing Empire Strikes Back with my father when I was 3, especially the asteroid scene. I remember that he drew the characters for me afterwards, and that I wanted another brother so he could play with my AT-AT, too. Seeing Episode 2 AOTC really brought back that kid in me, and what turned into a harmless visit to Toys R' Us back in 2002 has resulted in the link I posted above today. Right now I'm really hoping to find other fans in the area to hang out with, enjoy the movies, have a good time doing Star Wars related events and get-togethers. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF THERE ARE ANY SUCH EVENTS SCHEDULED (bsgraphix@yahoo.com). I feel like I've done some pretty deep digging, but I haven't come across anything like a SW movie night at so-n-so's place or SW RPG get-together. It seems like I'm only finding just public appearances at places of business or parades and other once-in-a-lifetime events. I don't mind showing up at SW related events in public in costume, but there's gotta be a group somewhere that also just hangs out and plays SW Trivial Pursuit on DVD, etc. etc. etc. I'm looking for a regular sort of thing. 	Hey guys! I'm going to my first SFFF meeting tomorrow at the Metreon...see you all there!! Name: Donna Age: 18 Location: San Francisco (going to college here, but I live in NJ) SW Related Interests: I love reading prequel books! I also love reading and writing fan fiction and watching fan films. I'd love to make a fan film one day! Non-SW Related Interests: Books, movies, art(I'm studying to be a 3D animator), video games, etc... How did you get started on SW: An odd story, actually. It was June 1999 and my friend and I wanted to see a movie, but nothing we wanted to see was playing. So we wandered into a little movie you may have heard of called The Phantom Menace...five minutes into the movie I was screaming "STAR WARS, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!" So I basically became a prequel nut, since I grew up with those movies instead of the OT like most fans I love the OT though! I just hadn't ever really seen it cuz my mom doesn't like sci-fi and my dad prefers Trek...heh ^^; But once I got immersed in the SW world, there was no escaping, and I was hooked. As I'm sure is the case with most fans Well, that's it! I signed up at WonderCon and I'm so excited to be going to a meeting! Like I said, I come from NJ where there wasn't a FF near me, so now that I go to school in SF I get to be a part of one! See you tomorrow!

Sacramento, while having good points, not unlimited to friends and fam, but just not enough for me. I came here most of all to attend Film school aftre getting my BA from sac state in Business/ Marketing. Needless to say, I am a true blue, hard core Star Wars Fan/nerd/crazed dude. Parrots as companions, reading, watching movies, etc. How did you get started on SW: Have been a fan since the first teaser my friend and I saw at a Science Fiction/Fantasy convention San Francisco in 1976 (in what is now the SOMA district near Moscone Center). We also had the opportunity to meet so many SFF writers and actors, talk with other fans, admire homemade costumes, buy mostly home-made merchandise, including the Star Trek Bartenders Guide...anyone else remember those simpler days?

Non-SW Related: Nothing............J/K Books, Movies, Football, Computers....cant forget that. How did you get started on SW: Well i actually saw ANH on TBS first. I always loved Sci Fi/Fantasy types of movies and i immediately loved it. I recorded all the movies off cable and watched them over and over again. It was great. At the time i knew all the dialougue to the Original Trilogy. When the Special Editions came out at the theaters it was the first time i got to see it on the big screen. It was the best thing i ever saw. It was as if it was the first time i ever saw it. Now of course i have all the movies on DVD. Somewhere i still have those old VHS tapes of the movies, commercials and all. Im proud to say that i got my five year old niece and four year old nephew into SW. They have their Yoda Lightsabers and Jedi Robes on as they play fight. They are a bit too rough really too much aggression leads to the dark side. Anyway im glad that i've set the next generation of my family into the SW path. Unfortunately i dont know anyone that likes SW the way i do. Im a nerd when it comes to SW and i want to hang out with others like me who have similar interests. I noticed there is no chapter in the East Bay, if there is please let me know i would love to come and check it out.
