Now, what would happen if they got Gerard Butler to play Kyle Reese (John Conner's father, played by Michael Biehn in T-1/T-2) in flashbacks, or yet - another Terminator?
So nearly unstoppable killing machine vs a terminator. I like it.
Hey, I didn't say that. shock
I mean Spartan nearly unstoppable killing machine.

Apparently Cameron's blending in programming only works for the first episode.

Better yet - since the guy who plays John is the same guy who plays Claire's boyfriend on Heroes, Claire and Cameron should fight over him - one can't get hurt, and one can't die.
Whow! I didn't even recognize him as Claire's friend! I especially didn't recognize him as being the same kid when I saw him at Comic-Con. Come on now, he was never Claire's "boyfriend." They were just friends... and didn't they hint his character may have been gay (they were never clear on it. He may have just been inappropriately teased. Happens to lots of 'geeks' in school. It even happened to me. Gay, Geek, Nerd - it's all the same to high school kids)?
I was holding off on reading this thread because we'd only been able to watch the episodes last night. I saw the pilot at Comic-Con. I'm glad this is holding up much better than Bionic Woman did.
OK, it sucks if this will be competing with Heroes. Hopefully with the hiatus/writers strike they actually won't each be airing episodes up against one another. Give the show a fighting chance

If anyone wants to catch up on episodes, go to http://www.fox.com/home.htm
It might help if you've seen the first two films first, though.

Yeah, last night I kept saying 'darn, we needed to re-watch TI & T2, I'm forgetting stuff.' I had forgotten about the bit with the dogs for example. I'm glad they are putting all those details into the series!
I thought it was great that they did a T3 tie in. I had remembered they said Sara Conner was dead in that movie (easy way to write out her character) and it had been leukemia. So the cause of cancer is consistent, even if they changed the time line of her death a bit.
Of course my husband has to semi-ruin the fun by saying 'you know, why don't they just send back 100 terminators to kill John.' And I was left wondering why that skeletal terminator took 8 years to turn on. David said he just needed to be licked by the cat, naturally! LOL! Dogs don't like Terminators, Cats like Terminators

I saw it. I love it!! Time traveling, etc. Summer Glau is great as Cameron. Also didn't recognize the actor who plays John as being the same guy from Heroes.
Sure as heck hope they don't put this show up against Heroes!! I don't have TIVO!

For anyone who hasn't seen the show, they're re-airing the pilot episode tomorrow on FOX.

Now why would anyone bring up something said a year ago? That's like bringing up old drama for no apparent reason at a party or something like that... Just playing Matty, that's not the case here. Cos that would have been petty and I don't think you were being petty, that would have been way worse.
