The only clones I'd consider armoring up as are the Deltas from Republic Commando. They have some sick armor and weapons.

Any Star Wars movie events I've been to have been at the Metreon in San Francisco. I guess there is another old landmark theater people waited in line for Ep I at, but it's out of commission.
In the past our CR worked at Metreon and was able to have a more organized fan presence with wristbands for waiting in line, a fan table in the lobby, raffle and trivia prizes given away before the movie started in the theater - etc. I don't know if he's going to try to arrange anything similar for Clone Wars.
