Yeah, I'd like to see it on the big screen too just for the heck of it. Come on guys, this was obviously never intended to be a live action block buster. Some people who are into animated features are probably just glad they'll have the chance to see it in a theater.
So I know at some point George decided to involve himself with the animated movie. Did they say he had any hand in the story? If he did, would that make it canon as opposed to EU? Or can canon only be live action movies (the big 6)? Dumb novice fan question. LOL!

The only shirts I've seen so far were on starwarshop.com. I'm hoping they'll be more at Comic-Con.

Dude...  don't even go there. In fact...  never say that again...  lol This G/George level whatever is easily majorly G level garbage. As far as I'm concerned it's EU. Ashoka Katana and all this stuff concerning the Hutts and the Republic... I stand by analysis previously... Like the prequels it will look pretty and have action but the stories are gonna lack. More over... no matter how you dress it up it's a cartoon. You may as well say the Holiday special is G level canon then cos I think that fits the criteria... Yay life day...  --->  --->  --->  --->

Hahaha... ok I just looked real quick on several boards of various types of what was G canon, C canon, T canon, N canon... etc etc etc. LOL You guys are trying to classify a system so erroneous that it will take and entire rewritting of all the SW universe to make what ever you think canon is to work. For example the planet Coruscant was coined by Timothy Zahn NOT Lucas... So before is wasn't G canon but now it is cos G-man put it in the movie? lol Whatever...
This sad canon classification should be places in one category F-level... You can all use your imagination of what that means. As for myself there is only ONE level of canon M-level, MINE/MING.

Can I ask why we're arguing about this?
As I see it, and this is certainly just my own opinion... What it boils down to is this. Some people are looking forward to seeing this. Some people are not. Could we just agree to have different opinions on it? While this started as honest discussion, it's starting to get rather negative to come into this thread, which is discouraging for those who are looking forward to the movie. Likewise, people who don't like it shouldn't be pressured to change their opinions. Just my two cents... but I'd rather enjoy discussion and enjoy events, rather than feel that things are too contentious.
