Depending on the game, you can still get a majority of PS and PS2 games working on the PS3. I haven't tried all but games like BF2 work on my 80GB. I've read the 40GB won't work at all. Just because Amazon posted that, doesn't necessarily mean it is coming anytime soon. They are always prelisting titles before they are even announced by the studios. There are some very good BD titles out now. Mostly stuff from Disney. And most of the good deals are from Amazon. 	Yeah, that notice isn't a gage on any imminent release. For some reason Lucasfilm has always been slow to release on the newest formats. It took years for the OT to show up on DVD, same with Indiana Jones.
