Hey everyone, my 19 year old Toyota Corolla finally died yesterday so I am searching for a new car. I'm looking for something small, probably around 5-8 years old with reasonable milage. If you have any leads, let me know.

Sorry to hear about your car, Rach.  Before the Matmobile, I drove an '89 Corolla, and it was nothing but trouble. I believe Gale is still selling her car though, which might be what you're looking for.

Sorry to hear your car died. I had an 87 bmw that left me stranded on 101 and that was it for me. Anyhoo, I'm not sure if you are interested in buying another toyota. I have a V6 camry (yeah it eats gas...)

Get a Honda Civic. Those things are champs , great on gas and easy to park here in the city.

Yeah, that is one of the models that I am looking at. Going out looking tomorrow. Will let you guys know how it goes. Till then, I guess I am back to bumming rides.

Wait... I can't believe I said this. For Shame.  Nothing feels better than two wheels.
It's summer! Get a bike. There is really no need for a car in this city.
1. Great exercise!
2. Perfect way to release stress
3. NO GAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This reason alone should sell it.
4. Fastest way around the city.
5. No insurance
6. Little to maintain.

I have a bike from when I was in 7th grade at my parents house. First I have no place to store it, second I don't trust the drivers in this city and third I'm too lazy. Besides, I have a job where I have to drive to the suburbs so I need a car.
