	Next month's meeting is mandatory (sigh) for table sign-ups for WonderCon. Just letting everyone know that (if you haven't been already) to keep checking the WonderCon website for updates on programming for panels, special guests and autographs, etc., so you can determine what you want to do and see and when you can put in time for the SFFF table during WonderCon weekend. We'll be signing up for time slots you could man the table. We're only asking for one person to man the table each hour instead of two, and with a phone list at the table, whoever is at the table can call someone for a bathroom break or something (and can call if they'll be late!). At least an hour or two per person is a great help, and the more who do so will allow everyone to see and do other things around the con! http://www.comic-con.org/wc/ The programming schedule is usually finalized about a week or so before the con starts. So please come to the meeting knowing what shifts you can do based on what you want to see and do. Hopefully, we can get enough coverage, so I won't have to cover no-shows and unclaimed shifts. Otherwise, we won't have a table next year. It's too much work for me for something that not everyone is willing to do once a year, and with my new Rebel Legion responsiblities now, I need even more help from you guys to keep SFFF going. So what place and time is good with everyone? Metreon? Tanforan? Presidio? 	Matt - what sign-up options will be available for people who cannot attend the "mandatory" meeting? 	I'll do my best to make it to the meeting, but I have a lot of things to get done before WonderCon. A costume for Joan, clean house for my guest, and prepare all the signs and gift baskets for the raffle and coordinate other stuff in regards to our table at the convention. It's a ton of work and I have a bad feeling I'm going to be swamped that weekend pushing to get it all done. When it comes to being in a club, its about stepping up to the plate and sharing your talents for the benefit the group, not just standing by and letting others do all the work. Your hard work is NOT going unnoticed and appreciated! Maybe you can ask some people in RL to help you with some minor things, like getting supplies, making copies, etc. to ease the burden a little. I wouldn't want you to burn yourself out before the con even happens! If you can't make it to the meeting, let's make other arrangements to bring me some of your stuff to put in my car for setup. 	Okay. As to location, it would depend if Saturday or Sunday. Suggestion: Saturday at Metreon. or Sunday at Tanforan. Time would be the same for either day depending on vote. I probably can attend depending on final vote. Thank you.
