SW Interests: movies, books, comics, costumes, props, RPG, cards, just about everything I guess
Non SW Interests: Angel, SciFi in general, school, good food, and good people.
How I got started: Star wars was the first movie I ever saw. I think I was two. Empire was the first movie I ever saw in theaters. I was five when it was re-released (much more common back then) in preparation for Return of the Jedi. Empire is still my favorite.

Location: Origninally from San Jose but now going to Sonoma State I'm not down in San Jose too often but considering there's no FanForce up here I thought I would check you guys out and maybe stop in on a meeting next time I was in town.

How did you get started in SW: I grew up watching the movies all the time. I started really getting into it around 95 when the action figures started getting big again. By the time Phantom Menace hit I was in DEEP. My brothers and I have a fairly large collection of action figures which we used to make stop action movies with. Ahhh memories...

How did you get started on Star Wars: When i saw The Empire Strikes Back in 1980 at the drive in, i was only 3 but still remember some of it.

SW Related Interests: hmm.. the soundtracks.. I <3 John Williams
Non-SW Related Interests: I'm kinda getting into theatre (currently a crew member for Sweeney Todd, being done locally). I play trumpet (13 years) and have just recently changed my major in college to History (instead of Music) I want to teach high schoolers.
How did you get started on SW: there wasn't really a "starting" point. My dad loves SW, so I was raised on it (fortunately (sp?)). But I didn't start really getting into it till I was around 13.

How did you get started on SW: It all started at my aunt's house when my uncle (crazy SW fan) was watching Empire Strikes Back. I loved it. The most visual moment was when Luke lost his hand. I never forgot it. A few years later, still under the age of 10, I called my aunt back to ask which film it was when Luke lost his hand. I can still remember hearing my mother's vaccum buzzing and drowning out my telephone conversation. I found the clip and went on to enjoy Star Wars from here on out.
