Where/When should we meet for our first meeting?
One idea might be the Tech Museum, most know where it is, and its fairly easy access I think. Wait, it is something that you have to pay for. So I dont know.

Hey ya there SJ!
As you begin your road to build your sector of space in to a mighty Force to be reckoned with I wish to say may the Force be with you guys from SF Fan Force! Also if your looking for a spot to meet up Dave & Busters is a nice place and they have lots of entertainment in that general area. Some of my friends and people live down so they'll probably have better logistical data of other places to meet than I would.

D&J Hobby? Kinda logical...
Valley Fair Mall? Central local

D&J Hobby is probablly the largest craft and hobby store in silicon valley/santa clara. San Tomas Aquino rd & Campbell __(Rd?Ave?), next to Dolphin Pet Village.
I've spent... um, a lot of $ there.
Games, minis, models, RC, trains, dolls, crafts,... Lots of stuff. They have a web site, but I don't know what it is.

Well, unfortunately we have a couple of people who are fine online, but have problems actually meeting in reality (or their parents have problems with them meeting strangers they met online).
Sadly, there are people in this world that justify the paranoia.
