	If this isn't too snarky for people, I am happy to report the wonderful news that most of the major theme parks are already, or imminently, changing their menus to eradicate trans fats. According to Disney, their policy will be in place by October 07, and will INCLUDE CHURROS. So churro away! Anything to make the doughy goodness marginally better for you... MCP Caryn B.
