The Almighty Planning Thread

We've had our three meetings, and we're now offical. This leads us to our next question:
What do we want to do now? Have a movie night? Get together and play star wars themed games(card, RPG, computer, ect)? Troop for an event?
What do you guys want to do?
Also, if anyone has any ideas regarding the banner on this site, or our really neat logo (well, it will be really neat when it's made), post about it here.

JaxAnakin was JUST talking about this like 5 minutes ago. He wants to know when we are going out in costume on the River.
Wish I was good with graphics. I am no help for you. Hopefully someone will step up with something cool.

Yeah, we'll do it some time near the end of june. We'll have to do it on a saturday during the day. That's when all the tourist are out, and there are no drunks just yet.

A Star Wars Scenario paintball game would rock. We will so have to do that.
There is also the possiblity for us to have a live action RPG game all over downtown savannah. We could have a lightside team, and a darkside team. I don't know, we'll figure that out later. (this would also be near the end of the summer)

On another note, I was reading the FAQ of the FanForce, and it mentions charity work. I'll be on the look out for charities in Savannah that might need some star warsy people to help out.

All we would need is people in costume with working battle props (plastic lightsabers/nerf blaster guns). Battles would be decided real time by actually participating in lite physical battle (this is known as full contact LARP). Players will gain experience points by battleing or completing a task...I'll have to figure out a system of some sort.
There might already be a sci-fi/fantasy based LARP in savannah. I'm trying to get it off the ground, but we'll just have to see.
Side note: still trying to figure out a system for force/magic powers. I'll get back to you on that.

Another thing I was thinking of, is if we should have monthly or bi-monthly meetings. Or if we should just call a meeting whenever everyone feels like it?
