Heh, we have one of these in Amphitheatre, the JC, and here.
I have started the Iain Baks Culture book The Player Of Games, reprinted along with the release of Matter.

The first three trades of Y the Last Man. I'm about to start the second trade and yes it's as good as advertised. Then with the Good Prince trade collected for Fables I think it's a good time to read my entire collection again.

The Quest for Saint Camber by Katherine Kurtz and whatever the 8th LotF book is. But I'll be baking on a beach for a week, so plenty of reading will get done

Reading NEVERWHERE by Neil Gaiman. It's very good. Second book of his that I've read after AMERICAN GODS, which I also enjoyed.
Before that I read PUSHING ICE by Alastair Reynolds and loved it. Very reminiscent of Clarke's RENDESVOUS WITH RAMA.
How is everyone? I really don't stop in here very often, but things are looking nice.

The one I'm mainly concentrating on right now is Airman by Eoin Colfer. Verrryy interesting.

New Jedi Order: Traitor
Finishing up the last hundred pages or so, then I'll skip to The Unifying Force. Traitor is great and all, but I've read much better. I guess it's just praised for having such controversial ideals about the Force.

I've been reading SQUEE'S Wonderful Big Giant Book of Unspeakable Horrors By Jhonen Vasquez. It's a really good book.

I was stuck at an airport for 7 hours today, so I hopped into the little book store and picked up "The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood." The writing style is definitely archaic and it has funny little summary points in the margins, but overall it's a great read.
