Haven't seen it but the only advice I can give you is that its made by GONZO and anime produced by GONZO tend to suck.

I once watched the first episode with a friend of mine.
Okay... I'll state the positives, first. The animation quality IS very good. Plus, the story offered a great intro point to a series that I deemed was too muddled to understand, in its comic and live-action incarnations.
Now for the list of negatives:
1. Annoying kid daughter character? Check.
2. Female lead with HHHUUUGGGEEE breasts, for no real reason? Check.
3. Cliched story, outside of the sense of being introduced to a new take on the story? Check.
4. A first villain that I made jokes about looking like a juicer on steroids? Check.
