And also realize that if it is a background with Star Wars content in it then it would be illegal for you to pay them for it unless they got permission from Lucasfilm. That's why Scifi3D is around, otherwise most of the models would be on Turbosquid for a lot of money.

I was just checking out Turbosquid that you mentioned,and I noticed that people are charging for things that they made that are star wars related,did they get permission?

Probably not, and they probably haven't been challenged by Lucasfilm. But a listing for Star Wars stuff from Scifi3D has been listed there to show that there is free stuff available here.
Basically, you can pay people to do it if you want to, just realize that it would be illegal for someone to make a star wars product and then sell it, but it's improbable that they would know or do anything.

Yeah,that's why I was gonna pay that much,because I am looking for a professional to make the backgrounds look just as good as the ones in the movies.I want mainly all of the backgrounds from where all of the lightsaber duels took place.
I want to extend every single lightsaber duel,because they just go by way too fast,plus to add more chorepgraphy to them,and to show the duelists use the Force alot more.
The first background I would be interested in is the hangar from episode 2,kind of a faraway shot,but not to faraway,just enough so you can't see the faces to clearly to know it was me and my friend.
Maybe a side angle arial view.
