looks really great! but, i think the face is too dark. that and the rest of him is same colour as the face.. make it a mix of what u had before and what u have now and it should be good

wel i've redone a bit more of the texture ive darkened most of the other textures and made the mask slightly lighter also ive dirtied up the shoulders ect.
next up will be finishing the flesh around the eyes and the eyes themselves
does anyone have any tips on making the eyes look real cause right now i just have normal spheres for eyes

I would just make seperate spheres for the white part of the eye and the Iris etc. and then just texture it. You can still at reflection to it even after you textured it.

viola general grievous's eyes.
now i know they still look a little flat thats because its only a texture applied to a sphere
i'm gonna look into making the eyes more realistic later first i wanna do all the main textures then get back to the final detailing.

ive done some more work on grievous's eyes
its not much but i thought an update was in order.
i added his second pair of eyelids.
also i tried to make the shader more fleshy but without much succes i also added some mroe detail the the flesh texture.

For how beautiful the model is I'd rework the eye & flesh textures some. Try going for a 3500x3500 for the flesh and maybe 2400x2400 for the actual eye, it'll let you slip in some gorgeous subtle details. You might have a better turnaround on the flesh if you add an occlusion pass and bake it to the flesh's texture too.

ive been tinkering with the rendering option of maya for a little bit and here's the result i think the shadow over his eyes make this pic look rather cool even tho i didnt intend for it.
as you can see the lower half of his body hasent been textured yet still working on it but i havent had much time lately.
