I know like 5 other people have done this balcony, but I have yet to actually see a somewhat complete one. So I decided to give it my go. This is my first model so tell me what you think. I'm also wondering if anyone has good reference pictures other than screen shots from the movie.

Good start, it looks like you have some kind of mesh artifact showing up in the second image, if you look at the support beams by the doors, there is a lighter colored slash near the top of the cone shaped pieces, this may be because of how you cut the piece, you might want to do a render with like Global Illumination or at least some lights with shadows turned on and see if that still shows up in a more realistic rendering.

Yea I noticed it to, but now it would take too long to fix. I can't find Global Illumination, if I were to add lights how many would I add or on what settings?

Add one main Omni light with like an intensity of 1.0 with the shadows set to Area Shadows, then add several other omni lights (like 4 or so) in position's that can almost light up all sides, set those new Omni lights to Area Shadows or Shadow maps, with an intensity of like 0.3 or 0.2 depending on how many you add, then select those omni lights (except for the main one) and right-click in the viewport, there will be a dropdown menu where there is a Specular option which is checked, click that to uncheck it so that those extra omnis don't effect the specularity and just illuminate it more uniformly. This should give a pretty standard light setup.
