I haven't gone to disco because disco is dead.

Anyways, if you're using 3ds Max you can create a Blend shader where the first material is what it looks like normally and then the second one is what it would look like glowing as if under ultraviolet light (use self illumination) then use a Falloff map as a mask between the two and set it to mix them based on shadow/light.
