CosFest 2005 Group Skit Meeting

sunday, i need to have meeting to finalize wats gonna happen on cosfest.
can be held anytime starting from 2.30pm.
important ppl i need to attend this meeting are
1. fatimah
2. xeno
2. crovus
3. mike
4. david
5. yazid
6. whoever else is coming and getting involved in cosfest
the agenda for the meeting
1. confirming the script
2. those not involved in the acting, who will be doing wat
3. plan for a full dress rehearsal
4. see if we can get hold of the stage a day or 2 before cosfest itself(xeno said he could, so we'll confirm it this sunday) for a full dress rehearsal complete with script
5. i kinda drew a blank at this point of time, so anything else concerning cosfest that needs to be discussed can be addressed the same day.
i really need these ppl to come down, so pls make time. its a week away, i dun want anything to screw up. even tho i'm just another cosplayer and a mere saber cheographer, my fire for starwars and performing arts has come back, so... LETS SHAPE UP PPL. heh heh.. =P
edit: oh yeah, the location, the usual place i guess, pacific coffee opp marina square. lol

Why not a full-dress rehearsal on sunday? For those who are fighting..
Its a good time for the propmaster to see what can be improved in terms of costume wise. (Jedi lookin more Jedish, sith look more sithish)
Better still try to stiumlate the fight with FX-es this sunday >_<

I am soo sorry. But i really cant make it this sunday. i need to attend religious class. I have test an stuff. believe me, i'd skip if i could but my mom's been very particular abt this. and since i'm skiping ckool for the cosfest, i dun think it will be a good idea if i skip this weekend. i dun want to give my mom the wrong impression abt my dealings with star wars.

well jean, thats the list of ppl i NEED to come. yazid, nevermind, but the next meeting and full dress rehearsal, i'd want u to be around and all.
this sunday full dress rehearse? not likely. i wanna discuss about other things first. but we can give the others a live preview of wat to expect for cosfest later on after the meeting.. as for costume, i'm not too worried about that part, its the sabers to be used for the actual trailer that worries me. and discussion on that is most important.

The prop master will be there, as promised. I'll talk to you guys more on Sunday with regards to the props in the event that there aren't enough FX's for the day.
