Just fyi, Volcanoland at Sentosa looks like it's still there. It's on the island guide map and the structure is still standing but I didn't go in so I don't know what the inside looks like now. And there are big banners outside proclaiming some dinosaur museum inside.
Don't forget Mustafa Centre.

Yes! MUST bring Master Yoda to Mustafa.....Mustafa Centre!
Well, at least let him have a little photos outside on a weekday.
Ya, I think the receiving part will let Crovus do it as I may be booked fully with the SW Exhibition should I get that early job.
As for visits to Temples, Churches, Mosques; I think better restrict it to famous landmarks outside like Sri Mariamma(sp?), St Andrew, Sultan Mosque etc etc, 1 per religion and Tourist-Friendly as some Place may have restriction on photography. And I'll prefer someone more mature and have good understanding of other religion protocols to do the Places of Worship Visits.

Don't forget the Jewish synagogue (I think it's on Waterloo Street) and maybe Kwan Yin Miao that's in the Albert Street pedestrian mall area, or another Buddhist Temple.
I think it's appropriate to bring Yoda to all these places of worship, since people have seen religious-related themes running through the Star Wars movies... and Yoda just seems to come across as a rather spiritual and philosophical kind of character.
Also, perhaps a pic of Yoda at the Istana??
Or Yoda at the new Parliament House??
After all, that's where all the politics takes place.
Just be careful when you take pics there, don't get yourself into trouble with the guards and stuff...

Heehee, so many places to bring Yoda to, I'm sure the council would be pleased. I think it's a great idea to bring him all around town...(Mustafa Centre?) *giggles*
What kind of Yoda is it again? The interactive one?

It's a dead Interactive Yoda. Ewan McGregor killed it.
Anywhos, update!
We're waiting for the last of the contact information to come in from all the groups. Yoda will be mailed to me within the next 2 weeks, where he will go experience the San Diego Comic Con. He will be handed off to a member of the London fanforce (who will be at the convention with us), fly back to England, then the tour will officially begin!

This is reposted from Master--Kenobi's original message...
I do have a very special IA Yoda..who met his current catatonic state in a unusual way. He never worked really properly and I spent more time than not changing batteries and trying to fix him. Well, this particular time, he had started to talk, then acted like his batteries went dead, I changed the batteries and he seemed to work..until....
I was watching Velvet Goldmine and a "certain performance involving a lot of painful looking jumping up and down and a jar of glitter" came on screen. I had Yoda facing the TV and apparently the vision of the Young Jedi before him in all of his Jedi Glory was too much. Yoda let out a blood curdling scream..his eyes widened, his mouth opened and he froze in that position. And has stayed frozen. The company that manufactured him couldn't fix him and offered to replace him with a Furby..um..no thanks. So except for one trip to Disneyland just to have fun with him. (He went ALL over the park with me and took lots of pics with various characters and various places)...he has been sitting on a shelf..still with that horrified expression on his face.

Great idea! Master Yoda come stop over to HOOTERS to have a drink and chat up with a Hooter's waitress or two!
