The Star Wars fans here are a friendly lot.
The food is great, and we always gobble lots of it.
The weather is hot and humid... not always that great for our guys in armour, since they'd be sweating buckets... and not always that great for our guys in Jedi robes either, too many layers, they were definitely NOT made with our tropical climate in mind... LOL!
But other than that, it's all good

so we don't have any Star Wars events like that around here.
I did go to Celebration 3 which was amazing.

Hmm..well we had a few activites... Like the ROTS charity premiere, various costume parties, and a costume parade. I think there were others, but I didn't take part in most of them. Haha refresh my mind guys!

Star Wars activities so far since ROTS came to Singapore??
Hmmm, I know there were a lot of them happening, some of which we attended and some of which we either DID NOT or COULD NOT attend.
I'm just gonna do this offhand, so I may miss out on a few, but here's what I remember so far...
- ROTS LucasFilm Screening (Private Event)
- ROTS Charity Premiere (Tickets only sold thru' the organisers, and not to the public at large)
- ROTS HP Screening (Private Event)
- ROTS Heineken Costume Party Screening
- M1 Promos (There were various M1 Promos at some M1 shops all over Singapore)
And of course, we had some of our own things going on, like...
- Various photo exchange sessions which sometimes ended with us going to watch ROTS yet again!
- Tampines Regional Library (Space exploration week or something like that)
- Woodlands Regional Library (NASA Astronaut talk)
- Lightsaber Training Sessions (At our underground "Jedi Training Academy")
- CosFest 2005 (We put up a short performance onstage, excerpts of which were later shown on Channel News Asia that same night... that would be like us being shown on CNN or something like that, so we felt honoured)
- FFSG Terrace (aka the post-CosFest event, where we mixed and mingled and stayed overnight, watched Star Wars movies, played the ROTS game, and watched home video footage of what just happened earlier at CosFest 2005... some of us hardly got any sleep that night, but it was fun!)

CosFest sounds great. Thats cool it was shown on TV.
Tobad I don't get that channel. Would have been fun to see.
Costume Parties are always great as well. What did you all

most of the time i would go as obi-wan kenobi
and yes most of us have met each other, and quite frequently as well.

I mean where/how did you learn?
