Somewhere that I can get to either by walking or by train would be good. I'm thinking a Saturday as I don't have lectures on Saturdays.

As I said before, most of us are nowhere near Devon, and so it'd be hard for most of us to get down there.
The easiest places for most of us seem to be Portsmouth or Milton Keynes (I think we've had 2 meets in Portsmouth and 3 in MK), but it gets a little repetitive.
And completely honestly, London's the easiest for me to get to now. Wales and the Midlands might be merging, and if we can't pull this meet off, it may be a good idea if we were to merge with London. It'd be more fun, and London have quite a lot of meets (I think), so that route may be a good one.

Hmm... I *might* be able to do a London meet, but can't promise anything, what with both time and money being somewhat scarce at the moment

hmmm anyone else in the sw? with three of us, that would count wouldn't it... for us (if I may take the liberty...) it's just a pain to get anywhere, since british rails seem to think connections to the southwest aren't really important...
basically, what I'm saying is, I'd go somewhere in south devon (between plymouth and exeter), but beyond that it will get difficult.

As a student under 26 you should get a railcard. I have one and I get 1/3 off fares, it saves so much money.
