The Powerhouse Museum in Sydney(where they held the Star Wars Magic of the Myth tour) will be hosting the Lord Of The Rings exhibit later on the year for 3 months...

So if any LOTR fans are out there which i am sure they are this would be a wicked event to go to if u can make it...

I havent made plans to go as yet, have to see when i have work holidays but i really want to go grin

And this time i really want to see the Opera House.....Last time at MOM i saw nothing just the MOM parties every night and the hotel room...

The opera house is cool. It's a building withing a building. (The internal rooms are in now way connected to the white exterior).

Yeah it bummed me out too when i heard of the dates but since i am planning to go to Sydney Premiere with my stormie and troop with my fellow 501st troopers and then go to Melb. SW convention on the 21/22 May (Not sure about those dates but somewhat near) it will give me a chance to save up in between....

oh, and of course, with the extended DVD of Return of the King, there will be soooooo much extra footage of Aragorn..mmmmmm. I wonder if they'll put in an alternate ending where he doesn't end up going off with Arwen, but me instead..... laugh

Somehow me thinks that there are many characters from LOTR that are taken happy

And I would lay odds that there are many more that enjoy taking the image of one of them to bed.

LOTR is fun... but alas I have a big ol toury in Adelaide (Crown Tourny) that weekend. Who knows, if I win I may be KING!!!
