Ok..saw Happy Feet last night.

Not bad....quite good coffee coffee coffee (we don't have stars...why don't we have a star smilie confused )

The animation as Dashy said was extremely good, the voices were cool, especially Robin Williams's characters. He was the highlight for mine. There was even a voice from beyond the grave...Steve Iwin voiced one of the Elephant Seals.

Probably not as good as I had hoped, but still a good night out & yes, one for the whole family grin

Coffee mugs are just as good. tongue

Saw Casino Royale today.

Been a Bond fan for many years, absolutely love the story lines and characters.

When I first found out Pierce Brosnan wasn't going to do the latest one, I was disappointed. I had never even heard of the actor replacing him. After seeing the movie, I'm glad he was replaced. Definately agree with M-S, Daniel Craig was excellent as Bond.

Bond definately got hurt a lot more this time, more wounds, and IMO it felt more realistic because of that. He endured so much pain, and didn't let anything stand in his way... most impressive.

I also found the torture scene funny, but I still cringed. tongue

In that scene when he was driving a Ford... I thought of you, M-S! tongue

I give the movie coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee !!! Totally rocked!!! grin

Every car in that movie was produced by Ford or a Ford-owned marque happy

It was an excellent movie, though I thought the end dragged just a little.

Saw Blood Diamond yesterday; good movie but very graphic in places and rather predictable.

A Night At The Museum is not a bad flick.

Guri & Alf give it 4 1/2 out of 5

Good for both Parents and the Younglings

I'm up to date with Heroes.... loving it!

The QLDFF have a great thread on it, if anyone is interested in talking about it:

Jtn and his oldest daughter and I saw "Flushed away" today. It's about a Pet rat (voiced by Hugh Jackman) who ends up getting Flushed down the toilet while is Owners are away on holiday. He ends up in the sewer in a Underground rat version of London.Along the way he meets Rita (Kate Winslet) and gets dragged along on an adventure to help her. Very funny with some adult humour aswell. Great soundtrack!
The style of animation is the same as Wallace and Gromit.
Look out for a rat Han Solo frozen! The main voices are : Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet,Bill Nighy,Jean Reno and Ian McKellen. Predictable ending but what animation doesn't these days??
4 out of 5!

Saw Ghost Rider yesterday... Perhaps not the best movie in the world, but I still loved it! The special effects and CGI are, for lack of a better word, amazing.

I recommend it for any Ghost Rider fan, or anyone who just likes to sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie full of action, humour and awesome special effects

Saw Night at the Museum today, and I thought it was funny. A few 'adult' jokes tossed in for good measure and a fun story line, great kids movie!

I haven't seen a Night at the museum, but I would be keen to..it looks quite amusing.

Saw Ghost Rider on Saturday, like SBF & Sabre said ..was actually quite good..better than I thought it would be, the effects were awesome.

It was weird seeing the Telstra Dome in a movie too tongue

I give it coffee coffee coffee coffee
