Batman Vs superman.
I would have to say Batman.
Other than the fact that he is so cool, he has black armour to boot and really awesome weaponery. His skills he had to learn and refine over time and develop the weapons to suit his needs and the environment in which he works. He is human and not some mutant or alien. All though having said that, 'Mystic' is the type of mutant I wouldn't mind meeting.
If you took all of superman's powers away from him, what do you have left?  A person that could not defend or look after himself, he has developed no skills  to speak of, he relies to much on his powers.
Therefore, with out his powers he's nothing, except some person with a questionable dress sense  .
