Star Wars guest added to Terra Nova convention lineup!

Greetings from Terra Nova Events
We are pleased to announce that Star Wars Author - Mr Sean Williams, Author of Star Wars - The Force Unleashed will be appearing live on stage for Q&A and Book signing at Terra Nova 6 At the Stamford Plaza Hotel on August 23.
Until now Sean has not been able to divulge any goss on the new story but is able to tell all at our event.

I was thinking it would be nice to have a combined SAFF/Rebel Legion/501st table, display and presence, especially since Sean will be there and it's also just after Clone Wars comes out at the cinemas and The Force Unleashed game is released on the 19th of September. So Star Wars will be a big thing around that time 
I've spoken to Stuart, and it's only $50 to have a table. It might be a bit squishy to share one table for 3 groups, but maybe we can get 2 tables, or even 3 if there is enough interest and support?? We could have the RL on one side, the 501st on the other, and SAFF in the middle
We could also bring along a costume for each side of the table ends - rebel on one side and imperial on the other.
I'm happy to put some of my own money in towards this, but if anyone else is willing or able to participate, please let me know

I think 2 tables would suffice in my opinion. If i costumed up i wouldnt be taking much stuff for the table/s, just the patches and pamphlets i imagine.

I agree - I think 2 tables will do the trick ... or do you think we can squeeze onto one? I know we easily filled one each at Fanzone. That's why I was thinking that 2 might suit better to cover a good amount of space for all three groups.

We've got the SAFF events photo album, SAFF cards, some examples of SAFF merch too. Stuart said he can hang the banner up somewhere too.
Rebel Legion wise we don't have a lot at the moment to put on display - we've got some flyers and by then we'll also have some temporary tattoos as well.
2 would be better if we can afford it. I am willing to cover the cost of one table, if others can contribute some money to cover the cost of the second.
