Extended universe, New Jedi Order, any of the books, pretty much all of it... but more focused on the things above.
What non Star Wars things are you interested in?
Books, video games, playing with my 2 sets of twins... honest, I have a 2 1/2 year old set of twins and a 5 month old set of twins
