	Had an interview after work today. It went well, but I'm still trying to figure out why they wanted to interview me, because really, I had hardly anything they wanted. And after my first day as a contractor, all I can say is... Salaried employees hate contractors. We make more money, work much less, and the salaried folks never once miss a chance to remind you that you're expendable. I gotta find a new job. LOL. 	I just did an hour long workout and was REALLY looking forward to a long hot shower...and we have no water!!! I called Betty (the town hall lady) and we won't have water all day! This stinks! 	No water again today!!! Ok, this is one problem with small towns... they have their "maintenance crew" fix any problems which really means that it becomes a total fubar! 	Finally! I finally have internet access again. CenturyTel our pathetic little phone company somehow "missplaced" our account on their "map". And it took them 4 days to find it! Actually it only took them about 5 minutes to find it after they started looking but it took them 4 days to look! Anyway, here is my belated UGH. This goes back to Father's Day but still hurts today. We played softball with our church that night. You have to know that I have always hated playing softball and I am really terrible at it. But I love my D_N_T, so off I go. Actually, I did alot better than I thought I would and never struck out, but there came an inning where I was up to bat and D_N_T was pitching (we were on opposite teams). I told him it had better be a good pitch or I would make him suffer for the rest of his life and he gave me his cute little smile and pitched the ball....and hit me right smack in the shin. I have a huge bruise still. So there is my Ugh story. But I actully did have fun playing for the first time in my life. 	My apartment is a disaster! Not sure how it got this messy. Will probably take me most of the day to get it in shape. My original plan was to stay up late and get it done friday night. 	That happened to me all the time until I discovered the beauty of the Audio Book. I can fold the laundry, do the dishes, and clean the house while listening to my story. 	I like being read to...but audio books are usually condensed/edited, arent they? Might be something I could do after actually reading the book. *shrug* Finished cleaning and preparing for next weeks garage sale...sort of. I now have a honking huge pile of crap to sell on the floor in the living room. Now to get it to my moms, get it tagged and priced and organized...ugh.
