Wow, I don't watch TV or get a newspaper and I know there is a fire in the Beulah area...of course, D_N_T, who works in the real world might have called and told me so today... 
I hope it isn't too bad...that area is so beautiful!

I'm not sure where. Saw the info on CNN.com. Something about residents of Pueblo and surrounding areas are starting to be warned and evac'd.

Buelah Colorado actually. South West of Pueblo, about 30 miles.
But they say they are cautiously optamistic about the fire now. So that's good news!

beulah is pretty much saved from burning down. although last time i heard they still only had it at like 5% contained. it was aimed at Ptown for a while when it first started, but it was like 30 miles away then.

I have several friend working that fire. Its 12,000 acres, about 30% containment. The weather is helping them a ton today.Its calm wind, the humidity is up. They really need to hit it hard today, the weather is going to get nasty later this week.
