What Star Wars related things are you interested in? Read some of the EU novels (Timothy Zahn's Heir to the Empire trilogy twice), have quite a few of the Legos, and am writing remakes of the three prequel movies, having finished the Uber Phantom Menace
What non Star Wars things are you interested in? Stargate (SG-1 and Atlantis), the old Star Trek, computer games, hiking, trail-building, writing, and software programming.
