Unbeknownst to you Pueblans, our new diabolical plan is to install a giant pipeline/fountain system that will cause the raw sewage to rain from the sky. Bwa ha ha ha ha!

I thought the giant pipeline was just to steal our water from the res and then send it back in the form a raw sewage.

Well, in all seriousness, city council is really massively obsessing right now over doing just that. All that goop that apparently washed down with the bit o' spring flooding made them not happy. Mostly because they REALLY REALLY want that water, and ticking off Pueblo is not conducive to that.

So hey, should stay clean all the time soon!
