I love the cold!

We watched V for Vendetta last night. It wasn't too bad. It got a little politically correct to the point of tediousness in some places but I liked it.

That is one point they got absolutely right though...people should not be afraid of their government. And actually all ideas are bulletproof it's just that not all ideas are good ideas. You are free to have the ideas though.

Last night I went with the continued comic book movie theme and rented Ultraviolet. It was alot like Vendetta in ideals and I guess I liked it. I think I liked Vendetta better though. But the weapons in her wrist things was a pretty cool little gadget. I want one.

i saw ultra violet in theaters, and i didn;t understand why her hair kept changing colors. also the scene in the park was incredibly stupid. but other than that i thought it was a decent movie the plot was okay and the action was totaly sweet.

Ultraviolet wasn't toooo bad. As long as you only watched the first and last 15 minutes of it. tongue

Benchwarmers had me cracking up. Either the baby is making my IQ drop, or it was a really funny movie. I loved the agoraphobic brother. "my brother told me about the serial killer in our neighborhood killing people named Howie. MY NAME IS HOWIE!!!" laugh and the napolean dynomite guy was much funnier in this movie.

I loved Benchwarmers too! In fact, I put it on the "to buy" list. I think I liked how badly they played because that is me! I AM A BENCHWARMER! ...and proud of it when it comes to softball.

We watched Just Like Heaven last night. We rented it because a band we really like had a song on the soundtrack. Well, the movie was ok but it only had about 5 seconds of the intro to the song. I liked the actor guy in it. Mark something-he was pretty funny in a dry, Seinfeldish sort of way.

from the look of benchwarmers it looked like the Napoean Dynamite guy just played Napoean Dynamite again, thats probably all he will ever do, is play Napoean Dynamite, just like Jeff Goldblum only ever plays Jeff Goldblum.

i so just saw SNAKES ON A PLANE!!!!!!!

its actually a decent movie, as long as you understand that they didn't take themselves too seriously when they made it, and alot of what they did was because they were apeasing the internet fanbase. seriously go see the damn thing.

I doubt I will go see any movies any time soon... sad

I haven't really watched any either.

When we went out for our anniversary last week I had a friend come over to watch the kiddos. I had gone to the video store to rent a movie for her to watch and I spent a good half hour discussing the new releases with the video store guy trying to find one that was closest to PG for her to watch but wasn't stupid. She's not the kind for the Horror/Action/Drama or anything even remotely crude. So I rented Failure to Launch for her and a couple for the kids. Well, we go out to dinner and when we get home there is a new movie box on the kitchen counter with one of the girls Dvds lying on it. The new box was Deuce Bigelow European Gigolo. I about freaked out thinking the video guy had accidentally given it to my girls instead of their movie. Come to find out, the ultra-conservative sitter had rented it. Then she told me that it was so crude she turned it off about 10 minutes into it. My response...well, duh! rolling_eyes

We watched some movie with Christopher Lambert (Highlander guy) in it. It was set in the 1500's and was so bad that when the disc kept locking up so that we couldn't see how it ended I didn't really mind...

Watched Failure to Launch this weekend, was actually pretty entertaining. I couldn't get zoom even near it, so I watched with my brother, and we were cracking up a few times. Not a bad rental, especially if you like that matthew guy. I won't even attempt to spell his last name. wink

Failure to Launch cracked me up. Especially since my brother is living with my parents...

I watched Just My Luck. I liked it but I got alittle tired of the band McFly only doing the one song over and over in it.

I watched WhiteCoats last night. The movie about the interns with Dan Ackroyd and Dve Foley. I think it was supposed to be funny but really had to reach for even a hint of it. And it was just plain gross! The body parts "food fight" thing was just disgusting. Yeah, not even close to being funny and I'm bummed I wasted my time on it.
