Upgraded to a business account yesterday, and now half of my Comcast stuff is broken.

OK. After having spent the day figuring out what to do with a too-big refridgerator, figuring out how to swap out a new dishwasher, getting the kid registered for school, bumping into my old 2nd grade teacher and drooling all over her cuz she's still hot...
I finally got around to figuring out what's up with the cute board wrapper.
It seems...it's been deleted.
We upgraded to a commercial account, and the space I had under Comcast, as well as everything in it, was nuked when they transferred our service over.
I should have everything back shortly, however.

I empathize with your laments. We got a letter today about copy right infringements... apparently Adelphia turned us in...  Funnily enough it's about 1 movie my brother downloaded.... American Pie...
