	Ok, here is the deal! The hotel rooms that I reserved have a cancellation deadline of April 16th. If I don't cancel an unused room by then it will cost me a whole night's cost to cancel. As it is, it will cost $50 to cancel right now. I don't want to have to cancel, so I will be actively looking for enough roommates to fill the second guy room. I believe I have around 4 girls for that room, but I don't know how many guys I have for the two other rooms. I don't care how many people we cram into the rooms as long as everyone knows that the hotels don't like more than 4 people in a quad room and that we need to keep it on the down low As it stands now, I have 1 room with 5 nights(Wed-Mon) and 2 rooms with 4 nights (Thur-Mon). I will giving the 5 night room to the girls. I will be calling the C4 hotel system to see if I can add the Wednesday night stay to the other 2 rooms, but if not, the guys can just drive into town and stay at a cheap hotel elsewhere and then drive to the Con and then stay Thursday night at the regular room. Anyway, since I need a solid head count before April 16th, I will be requiring a 50% deposit on your room stay to show that you are serious about attending C4. I have a wedding to pay for and I don't want to get stuck with the bill for 3 hotel rooms if people cancel and I can find roommates in time to fill the rooms. The other 50% will be needed by May 6th (Bloomsday) which will be the last time I will be showing up in Spokane before my wedding and I don't want to have to keep track of money after that. You might be able to give it to John after Bloomsday, so we will see. The total with tax for each guy room is $652.54 for 4 nights, so divided between 6 guys is approximately $109. So, I will need $54 from each guy who wants a room by April 16th. If you have already given me a deposit, deduct that. The total with tax for the girls room is $815.67 for 5 nights, so divided between 4 girls is $204. So, I will need $102 from each girl who wants a room by April 16th. 	Confirming that Sel, Michelle, Gauri, and I still plan on the hotel room. 3 of us confirm that we will be able to met the deadline (haven't talked to the 4th yet). 	I am working on it. Yes, work DOES get in the way for many of us. Personally, I have a job that allows me to wrap a business trip around going to C4. 	I have purchased Sammy's and my 4-day badges. So, we are committed. What I need confirmed is the days we will actually be gone. Since the hotel reservations are Wednesday night through/including Sunday night, that means that we should get on the road Tuesday night to drive down to LA. Monday is closing ceremonies so again I assume we will be packed and ready to drive Monday night and Tuesday (we should be back by Tuesday night, right?) I am working this out so I know how many days of vacation to take off. If my above calculations are correct, then I will be taking off from work Wednesday through Tuesday. If I missed anything, please tell me. 	Technically, the guy's room is Thursday thru Monday, but I put in to add the Wednesday night to the reservation... Bringing the money to the meeting is fine. Also, I think you need to do a head count for the transportation. I have had several people cancel for hotel rooms, so you may need to amend your travel plans. 	Ok, here is how the hotel rooms stand for now: Girl's Room Full - Nat - Frieda - Gauri - "Friend of Nat" - "Friend of Nat" - "Friend of Nat" Guy's Room 1 Full - Bevan - Nathan - Mason - Sammy - Darth Rusty - Jordan Guy's Room 2 - open - open - open - open - open - open So, it looks like I will not be needing the other guy's room, so I will probably be transfering it to someone else, so I don't have to pay the $50 Cancellation fee. IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMEONE, LET ME KNOW ASAP! 	Since this will be our honeymoon, John and I will be arriving separate from everyone else. Our room is at the Sheraton, and we have Wednesday through Sunday nights. We will be driving down after our stay in Tahoe. The rooms for girl's is Wed-Mon and the guy's room is Thur-Sun. I'm trying to tack on the Wednesday night stay to the guy's room so everyone can show up on Wednesday. If not, you boys can get a cheap hotel on the outskirts of downtown, and then switch. That is worst case scenario. Unless they change their plans, Nathan, Mason and Sammy will be driving down. Although, it might be smarter for them to just fly down and John and I can pick them up from the airport.
